Clean room with friendly staff

Conveniently located near Sapporo subway. The room is small, after opening luggage left with small space to walk. There are 3 washing machine at Level 2, have to queue to use during peak time like after 9pm. Although we can check the status of the washer in the room TV, but still need to go there to put our laundry bag to queue. One cycle is 2hr for wash & dry. The hotel staff is very friendly and patience in answering my question.

Wow! I’d give it more stars if I could! The rooms are gorgeous and have lots of space. Comfy beds, great care products too. The breakfast buffet was amazing also-lots of fresh vegetables and fruit. A real treat and the best hotel I stayed at in my 3 weeks in Japan!

The place was easily accessible from the Sapporo station and the hotel itself is very clean and good. Some staff were warm and polite. There was a good range of food available at breakfast. If we come to Sapporo again, we will definitely stay here again.

Close to the JR station. The 7/11 convenience store is connected to the hotel. The amenities are great and the bathroom was roomy. There are 2 pillows and the bed is perfectly firm /soft. There is a hot bath on the 2nd floor which was super nice. I will definitely, stay there again.

Very comfortable stay at Hotel Emion

We stayed 1 night at Emion Sapporo. We arrived early in the morning, left our luggage with the reception and when we returned in the evening, our luggage were already up in our room. This is good service! The room is considerably big compared to most hotels in the city and very clean too. There’s a public bath in the hotel for us to enjoy a soak after all the walking! Overall, enjoyed a very comfortable stay at Emion.

A very nice pick near Sapporo station.

The hotel is almost brand new. Had a room on the club floor (14) which was nicely appointed. Floor surface is reduced as per Japanese standards. The only drawback as per my son is the TV screen being on the side of the bed :-) The club lounge was a very nice experience with drinks, snacks and ice cream in a quiet setting — very good service. Breakfast was included in the rate and was healthy and very varied. The breakfast room has a light wooded theme with ample room between the tables.

Love this hotel, it is reasonably priced but the quality and service exceeded all my expectations. There is an entrance to the underground tunnel network linking to metro and JR. The club lounge is as good as what a 5-star hotel may offer, breakfast is of decent quality. Most importantly, the room is of good size by Japan standards, it is comfortable and clean. This will be the only hotel I will stay if I return to Sapporo!

Location wise, its great. Close to JR Sapporo station and also underground passage is right around the corner so you can avoid the slippery road and cold weather. Staff service is great, warm welcoming smile and attitude. Lounge is also well maintained and clean
