The check in was swift by scanning my passport it picked up the booking and that i had a delivery which was brought out during checknout. Staff wete dlways nice and had good English and helped with any questions. In reception you can get free coffee from the machine and any extra bathroom equipment you need free of charge. The room was vlean and vomfy, bathroom nice and spacious great location as only a few mins from trainstation and metro or 15 mins easy walk to tv tower. Highly recommend.
