The hotel seemed new and modern. There’s an awesome rooftop bar overlooking the TV tower. The rooms were clean but very cozy, it was hard to store luggage and have space to move around.

the hotel was conveniently located and the room condition is also very clean. I chose the hotel because of the rooftop bar (but unfortunately could not visit because of weather condition) and everything was good. One exception, if you really want to clean your room, please put the sign before 2 pm unless they dont make it. I would definitely visit again.

The staff was amazing, the rooms were well decorated. The location was unbeatable! Right next to Sapporo Tower (we could see it though our window, all lit up, and easily blocked by the blackout curtains), and Odori Park that had an autumn food festival going on. You can easily walk to shopping, Susukino, and transit stations. The best part: the rooftop with fire pits and the tower all lit up was the perfect place for a birthday drink and marshmallows! I loved our stay here

Room was a tad small compared to other Royal Park hotels that I have stayed in. No TV, but a really cool record player. Nice breakfast buffet. The rooftop bar is not to be missed!

The room was very clean. It was small, but we knew it would be. The staff was polite, but they did not really speak English. Thank goodness for translation app. The washer/dryer is a great convenience, even though they only have two machines. The amenities were very good and abundant. They only complaint is that the elevator is really slow. The surrounding area is so convenient to everything. There are so many options to eat and shop. We did a lot of both. It was a great hotel.
Very convenient to have a washer dryer. The front desk will exchange ¥100 coins.
Haha. An ironing room right next-door to the laundry room.
So many convenient stores all around. I highly recommend the local SeicoMart/Hot Chef. Excellent.

The hotel had nice public areas to use as a lounge on roof and lobby area. Overall, it was a nice hotel with a very central location and near the train station. The room layout was a bit odd, very little counter space. Also no tv in room.

Clean and new hotel closer to Nijo-ichiba market

Overall cleaness was amaging! Everything was beautiful. Structual of twin bed was also good. place of the hotel is closer to the Sapporo TV Tower and Nijo-Ichiba! I want to recomend this hotel to my friends! The only negative thing ofthis hotel was there was no TV in the guest room.
