Check in was terrible, they left us waiting for 3 hours claiming that we made the reservation on line 40% cheaper with Expedia and they did not get paid. I donât know how they resolved it but after a big fight they let us in. What a huge inconvenience and if it was Expediaâ s fault, they should be responsible
Mixed impressions during this 13 days stay at a small family run hotel:
Pros:
+ Location (In the Middle of Saranda).
+ Cleanliness.
+ Modern room with climate control.
+ Friendly staff (although English knowledge was limited).
Cons:
-Location (central location also comes with a close by, late hours beach club).
-Non-noise cancelling door towards corridors.
-Room amenities( in lack of glassware, coat hangers, shower necessities and reading light).
-Breakfast (if having breakfast after 9 am there was almost nothing left at the buffet, neither was it refilled very well).
