The host was wonderful to work with and communicated clearly and promptly and was very helpful! The home was clean and everything was in good working order. All the little extras made a world of difference for our stay ie: coffee and a tea selection, spices, beach chairs, nice pots and pans and even an air fryer and electric tea kettle. Comfy beds and plenty of towels for everyone.

This house is listed to comfortably house 10 people. It did not. Awkward layout in which you have to walk through bedrooms to access other bedrooms, bathrooms and the back patio. Host leaves minimal towels, no extra linens. Minimal cooking equipment in which I had to buy supply for the house. Grill doesn’t work. Would not recommended this house for more than 8 people.

Very nice house

We enjoyed our stay at Bamboo House. The house was very clean which we greatly appreciated. The bedrooms are roomy and nicely decorated and we made good use of the lanai at the front of the house. We would consider staying here again.

Ample rooms for10 people. Unit had a nice layout and beds were comfortable. Unit was clean. My only complains were that the a/c filter should be checked and replaced more frequently it was extremely dirty. Secondly more towels should be provided based on amount of guests

In town for a volunteer work trip, this house felt like our home away from home for our group. Supplied with everything we needed to eat well, be refreshed and rest up every night after a long day’s work, coupled with our host’s quick responses and gracious accommodations to our needs, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The house was very cozy and it was good for what I needed it was very close to the beaches we went to and that was a plus. I did feel the Ac will shut off at night so it got hot a bit,cause I guess it was on Auto.bathrooms nice, the one bathroom beautiful but the shower was a bit to small, we are not small people,so floor was getting wet daily and we had to use extra towels and the mop constantly. Rooms were perfect for everyone kitchen was nice appliances were cool. We did get a bit cautious one day cause someone had come while we were staying, and we had to figure out he came just to mowe the yard he did and left. That was a first time and a surprise but no biggie, other than that we like it alot. We wanted a place to stay for a few days outta our town and we will love it. We would gladly come back another time. Thanks for the opportunity

In town for work

I had 6 coworkers staying at the residence. We worked long hard days in the sun and found the property adequate for the short amount of time we spent there. TV in the bedroom closest to the kitchen didn't work well. There could have been more towels available but we made do. The house was 10 min from where we were working so it was convenient.

Very clean and comfortable

Overall the house was very clean. The kitchen had some pans for cooking. There is an air fryer, 2 coffee pots, a toaster, and an electric teapot. The living spaces are comfortable and there is plenty of space to spread out. The bedroom with the king bed has another bedroom with 2 single beds off of it. The bathroom is off of the bedroom with the single beds. This would be a great setup for a family. The outlets in the bedrooms are few for plugging in devices though. All in all we enjoyed our stay and it was not far from siesta key beach.

Great place to stay. We had a group of high school students attending a robot contest. Everyone got a bed. The master was great for the girls and a female chaperone in the connecting side room. Lots of parking, corner lot. Nice backyard.

Great visit - close to everything

We were in town for a regatta at Nathan Benderson and this rental was less than 15 minutes to the venue, only 15 minutes to the beach, and within 15 minutes of many restaurants and things to do. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen and appliances were great. The layout was interesting in that the king bedroom and twin bedroom are connected - and you have to go through the king bedroom to get to the twin room. but it worked well for our purposes. Communication with the property manager/owner was easy and quick. Great stay!

Lovely Home* away from Home*

This property is located on a spacious corner lot with an ample backyard with comfortable seating for a family gathering. My husband and I, our son and wife with three teenage children had plenty of room to spread out while sharing the space. Four bedrooms were just right for our family of seven. The rooms were large and well lit, handsome terrazzo flooring, with an open floorplan making socializing around the kitchen, LR, and large dining room table fun and easy. There's a spacious screened in front porch just right for early morning coffees or a place to work on our fishing tackle and plan the day. We all loved the cleanliness of everything, and the up to date appliances. We did a lot of cooking and had all that we needed to prepare and serve a feast. The location is superb in a fairly quiet, convenient, orderly neighborhood, close to the beach, shops, and nearby attractions. Enough TV's in all the rooms to make everyone happy. Our stay here was very restful and enjoyable. We took a vote and the family, from ages l2 to 68, said we'd all like to come back to enjoy another fun get away here together!

Need to hire an electrician.

Hard to find an electric outlet to plug in anything. Doesn’t seem to be at code. Furniture was uncomfortable. Beds were adequate. Decor was likely purchased at big lots. Weird layout in that the former outside porch was converted to an extra bedroom. You have to step down into the bedroom and step up again into the bathroom. The light is not accessible upon entry to the bathroom and there were no grounded outlets in the kitchen or bathroom. a carpet in the main entry covers a hole in the floor. Outside was dirty and a large recycling can greeted us at the front door. Overpriced for what few amenities we received.
