Great Location for Venice Beach Shark tooth searching. Clean and comfortable. Need to upgrade TV's to Smart TV's though. Missed my Netflix after a long day on the beach.

Kids enjoyed outdoor pool but pool towels are very small! Lady at the front desk was friendly, helpful and professional. Remember you need to request maid service. Breakfast selections and staff are good. Cracker Barrel 2/10 mile. Booking through Expedia you don’t get any points or specials that they have 😕

Hotel was spotless. Free Breakfast was good. Beds extra comfortable. Here are some negative issues. Hot water-it took at 5 minutes to get warm not, hot water. We had room that was on 2nd floor backside of hotel. Considerable road noise. Check in-Computer system was down. To get checked in we had to provide all our personal information verbally to the desk clerk. Clerk promised to shred the written document. We kept looking for the Plus of Best Westen.

The hotel was clean, contemporary, well maintained, my room was a suite, modern, contemporary fixtures, business desk, the bed, linens,were super comfortable. I was at the hallway end,so quiet.Heated pool, great commercial workout equipment, My only nit pick was not a great breakfast, I'd pass on it . Bath towels need to be a tad softer. Every aspect was on point. Exceptional value for the price

The bed was comfy. Hotel was clean. The breakfast could have used more of a variety. More english muffins, reg muffins, and bagels. They had bread that was stale. Need more variety The hotel was fine. Would come back again
