The staff are the most unprofessional group of staff I’ve ever encountered. I wanted to extend my stay, they literally said, I should have done so 20 minutes before my checkout and if I don’t leave in 5 minutes they will have my car towed and call the police to charge me with trespassing. It was quite an unbelievable experience, imagining over sleeping from travelling and missed the 11am checkout time and requesting to extend my stay at 11:15am and I’m told the aforementioned. There are 2 male staff who literally came towards me a 130lbs, 5’5” female, threatening to fight me because I overstayed my checkout at 11am. From experience, hotels would typically move a client to a different room if the occupied room has been booked, or at the client’s costs extend the stay…well, not this ghetto rundown place. They make threats to kick you out and wanting to fight. It was an unbelievable experience. Never again, would I ever stay at a motel 6.

Our stay was mostly fine with the exception of one member of staff who's tone when speaking also i was told find somewhere else to stay Leaves less to be desired ,,,, ii would recommend screening staff

Wonderful, helpful staff. No pet fees, good rate. Clean room and very quiet at night. I felt safe and slept really well. The pool could use a little more cleaning but not bad. Will stay again when back in the area.

The lady who works second shift at the front desk is excellent. That is the only good thing I can say about the hotel. The pool was filthy and the filter looked like it had not been cleaned in months. There was 4 inches of gunk buildup in the filter. The room stunk of bug spray and the floor had a weird oily substance on it which we later found out was bug spray. We called the front desk and the solution was have the front desk lady come up and mop the floors the best that she could with some spray solution. But I appreciate her effort. There were bugs smashed on the walls as well. We had planned on staying here once a month for the next 6 months as we come across the state for business but this will be our only time there. I understand this is a cheaper motel but that was gross. Cheap doesn't have to mean dirty. I didn't expect the Ritz but putting us in a room that had just been sprayed for bugs and not cleaned after is really not ok. The beds were also very uncomfortable. One bed had a mattress cover the other did not. They just need to do better.

The first room I was given the door didn't close all the way. The second room I was given was not clean properly.There was Taco Bell in the microwave and that door also had issues with the locking mechanism. This location needs a lot of work in the rooms there was a hole in the bathroom door. But the staff was great.They tried to accommodate me in everything but there's just only so much she could have done.

Awful policies

My ex husband checked in after finding me and damaged my vehicle then proceeded to become belligerent. Staff did in fact call the police. But ignored my earlier request for assistance which led to it escalating. I was trespassed and not refunded because of someone elses actions. The policies are terrible.
