Beautiful private villa located across the street from Lido Beach and a 10 minute walk to St. Armands Circle. Villa has private gated courtyard with umbrella, table and chairs, chaise lounges and grill. Inside there is a Master bedroom with King size bed, tv and large closet. The second room is an office/den and can sleep 2 additional adults or 3 children. The living room has 60" TV new couch and love seat, bright beach feel. There is a full kitchen equipped with everything you would have in the comforts of your own home. Full cable and wifi included. The villa also comes equipped with 4 beach chairs, umbrella and mini cooler for the beach.

Excellent property - wonderful stay!

Absolutely loved our stay in the Lido Key area, our favorite place to visit! Property was perfect for our family - clean, close to the beach, and short walking distance from St. Armands Circle. Hosts were very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend and looking forward to visiting again!

We stayed at this property to get some vacation time in while also visiting family and it was fantastic. We had a wonderful time and the location perfect. It's a short walk to the beach a short drive to sailing camp at the Sarasota Sailing Squadron. The property has everything you need and the beds are comfortable. I'd stay there again.

Heidi and Jerry are wonderful hosts - we were in touch before our arrival and during our stay. The location is perfect - a short walk to beautiful Sarasota beach, and the villa is spacious and sunny with a very private and pleasant courtyard. The bed is comfortable. Well appointed and great location

Well kept and nicely updated apartment. Private courtyard and one block from beach. We are swimmers and the Lido Beach outdoor lap pool is only two blocks away. Hosts are very responsive and helpful.
