Great Place

Enjoyed our stay her! Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great with many options available. Only drawback was loud jets flying overhead during the day from the nearby airport. Would highly recommed!

The property was just very old and outdated. The bed was bad, nothing was super clean. The breakfast was just bleh, nothing special about and it and it definitely wasn't good. Along the same lines as an old Super 8 motel.

Rude staff, loud, people kept slamming doors while trying to sleep, food was horrible & very expensive! Balcony room wasn’t a balcony room (more like a lanai). We had a first floor room. Website is very misleading. Bathroom too tiny & the door didn’t shut. We will not be back!

The pictures showed a resort type atmosphere with tiki huts in a Marina, but it didn’t show its in the flight path for Sarasota airport and every three minutes a jumbo jet Was landing and the next morning I woke to hear a jet taking off around 5 AM. If you do stay there, definitely stay on the water side because if you stay on the roadside, you’ll be up all night with the An hour noise from the traffic.Not all the rooms have a private balcony only a few.

My experience at this property was enjoyable. The room was comfortable, I felt safe as a solo female traveler, and the amenities were good. If I stay again, I will ask for a room away from the Tiki Bar, as there was live music every night. If that's your thing, it'd be great for you. Not my thing though, I'm an early to bed, early to rise person. It seemed to quiet down around 10pm, so it wouldn't keep me from returning. The property is older, and it showed in some places, but everything worked. The breakfast options were great, and the coffee was always available! Being on the water side of the property was nice, too! I recommend and will definitely stay again.
