The room isn't a bad value for the price. Ot was nice having a seperate area for the kitchenette and sitting area. But the direct tv was horrible, it would play maybe 30 seconds of the show then freeze for a few minutes, and the sky was perfectly clear. Several small issues like curtain in bedroom not fully covering the window, toilet handle would rotate all the way around which would not let the back fill up again "had to open the back to figure out what happened had to manually hold the handle down partially then lift it up again, burn hole in blanket on bed, no outlet cover in bathroom, bathroom was small. The bed mattress was decent and a/c worked well, kitchenette was prettty good. All in all i would say it is a decent value for the price and the office clerk was nice.

The photos show a beautiful room, but we had nothing like that. The room was dirty, there was a lot of rust, and something was broken. When we first checked in, there was a strong smell of mold or something similar.

This place was one of my top five to stay at untill yesterday evening. I booked a room only to be told after I paid for it that I wasn't allowed to stay there anymore. When asked why at first the old geezer wouldn't it tell me until about 6 to 10 times later after me asking him again why that was and why was I not notified of anything when the last time I left if there was a problem and of course no good answer because they didn't have one but anyways towards the very end I was no longer allowed there because supposedly there was a hole in the sheet somewhere 😏😂😂 like seriously this place is so ridiculous I haven't smoked a cigarette and over 10 years so yeah this place can kiss my ass and it's not that great it was just wasn't as bad as all the other ones around there but it's bad now so 🖕

Maybe, maybe not

I had no issue checking in then proceeded to get into my room. Got comfortable and suddenly someone was coming in my room with their own key. I was said...this room is taken. Excuse me? She says oh! I was just given this room im so sorry. Then she walks out and im thinking...ok. hope you get things fixed. I havent even been checked into the room for 30 minutes at this point. Then i hear banging at my door. "You need to check out. This room is already to be used" What? "Come out maam." I opened the door a crack and I said i am not dressed. I just got here. What is needed? And he says. "Get dressed maam come out." I got clothed and went to the door opened it and asked... what is the problem? You just gave me this room. I have already paid. What is wrong? And he is the same that helped check me in. He says...today? For 2 nights? I said. No for one night. "Oh sorry sorry. It is fixed" and he leaves. Later i asked for a late check out and was told No. They dont care of the inconvenience of having had me scared that someone else was able to get the key and check in for the same room. Rhey also didnt care about rhe inconvenience of wasting my first hour of relaxation. Not good business. Make sure to take your own towel to the pool or you can buybone for ten bucks at the office 😆 What i did like... spaciousness of the suite. Almost cleanliness... someones tissue was still under the side table.
