Karen met me on the road, guided me to the driveway, and handed me the keysKaren , the owner, has been very responsive and personable. She lives on site.Unit can be identified by a red painted drivewayUpon entry, a guest a is greeted by a spotless living space populated by multiple small printed signs: instructions on how to and a few for do not.I actually found them to be pretty useful.The apartment is basically an efficiency unit, one living space with a separate laundry/bathroom at the end. The living space is comprised of a bed at one end, an easy chair for TV viewing in the center, and a kitchen with a counter and two barstools for eating. Next to the bed is a small desk area, which I used to plan my day and review the previous one.The TV is easily adjustable for viewing from any of these living space areas.Kitchen is well laid out.Laundry room/bathroom is spectacular.Shower/tub is magnificent. Shower has multiple nozzles to spray all body areas. The tub is a Jacuzzi tub which provides whirlpool action while seated in the tub. I didnât use the Jacuzzi, but luxuriated in the shower. I stayed here for two weeks in March, 2026. I was very comfortable. I loved the location:Short trip to Siesta Key BeachGood eating : three reasonably priced buffet restaurants nearby, sushi, Mexican, and Amish. Detwilerâs Farm market is an experience to remember.
