We had a wonderful stay here! Stephanie and AJ were very quick to respond with our questions and did everything they could to make our stay better. The place was very clean and we very much enjoyed the hot tub. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Myself and family had a very nice thanksgiving in this house. The hosts were extremely welcoming and thankful to have us there to let us host. The house size, rooms, amenities, cleaning supplies and of course, kitchen, were fantastic. Mutual respect went a long way with this rental and I highly recommend this property. 10/10 experience and look forward to coming back!

Loved the place, extremely clean and had everything we needed. I was unaware the hot tub wouldn’t be accessible I do wish we were able to enjoy it in the cold weather as that was part of the reason I booked here for my birthday weekend. I did see the pool was only available during certain parts of the year but was not aware that would include the hot tub as well. Otherwise everything was great and the game room was lots of fun. The host responded fast and checked in with us.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property. The pool was a delightful bonus. There is tons of "hang" space along with the garage conversion to a game room was fun! Overall we all give this property a very high rating. The owners show special attention to comfort and convenience.

Looks are Deceiving

As the saying goes don’t judge a book by its cover and this was true in this case. When we pulled up to the property I was a bit taken back as it appeared as if the lawn hadn’t been cut and the landscaping looks a bit shabby. When we opened the front door we were pleasantly surprised of the interior of the hope. All hardwood floors with area rugs. Attention to detail within the home was perfect. The garage was a play/game room for not only kids but adults as well. Games, cards, old style video games, basketball hoop and so much more. One wall in the kitchen seating area has a wall with magnetic tic tac toe board, chess and checkers boards as well. Everything was very thought out in the kitchen where you could make coffee with pods or a full pot with coffee and tea supplied. All the spices you want to cook with as well. Laundry room had detergent for machine too. There is a tv in literally every room and fans in all upstairs bedrooms as well. How about this one, black small washcloths in each bathroom to be used for makeup removal do the white towels don’t get stained! Now that’s thinking! A couple minor issues but it was taken care of when I contacted the owner. Other than the upkeep of the outside of the home I loved it and wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Wonderful house for our family Thansgiving

Our family came to Saratoga Springs for Thanksgiving to spend it with our son who lives nearby and couldn’t travel this year. Excellent communications with an understanding and flexible host. The house was beyond our expectations - comfortable, plenty of room and extremely well equipped. I’d highly recommend AJ as a host, and his properties.

Farm Aid Weekend

Six of us stayed comfortably at this property as we attended the Farm Aid concert at the Saratoga Performing Arts Center. Very clean, comfortable, and lots of great spaces to gather, or find time alone. Everything is stylish, comfortable, and well thought out in the house. We hope to make it back next summer when the pool is open, and stay longer! Great location.

Perfect place for a track getaway!

This home was perfect for our annual friends trip to Saratoga. It's clean, has a lot of good indoor and outdoor space & is close to the track and downtown. Will definitely be back!

Excellent Experience

We really enjoyed our stay at this home due to a number of factors. First, the hosts were extremely responsive and hospitable. Second, everything about the house was at least as good as described. It is exceptionally clean, everything in it worked effectively, beds were comfortable and kitchen well stocked. Outdoor area is great. Large pool with nice sitting area around it and large back yard with fire pit. Very convenient location; maybe 15 minutes at most to the track and less than 10 to center of town (there is a navy base nearby and they apparently play Revelry around 730AM and the National Anthem at 8; you can hear it with the windows open). Overall , a very nice house for 8-10 people in a very convenient location.

Perfect for families

Our family enjoyed our stay at this spacious house. The outdoor area in particular was wonderful - like having your own private resort! The heated pool was large enough allow the serious swimmers to do laps and our little grandchild to splash and play. There was a variety of comfortable seating, both indoors and outside. The neighborhood was quiet and the house was sparkling clean.

Immaculate house with lovely amenities

We booked the house for a long weekend to see a concert at the Saratoga Performing Arts Center and this was the perfect location. Although not quite walkable, we were a quick and inexpensive Uber to and from the event. The house feels very newly renovated and in pristine condition. We loved the horse themed art even though we didn't time our trip to see any of the famed races. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, and for anyone wanting groceries there are several options nearby or through Instacart. The heated pool was a lovely bonus for our children. There are board games and card games, which we used and loved. There were also some nice tech bonuses like USB chargers in almost all the lamps. Communication with hosts was easy, and they even gave us a welcome gift that was extremely helpful for our trip. They also left lots of yummy snacks for our kids that made us feel immediately at home. We were very comfortable here for our short trip. Would book again!!

Excellent Stay

This was a terrific property. Exceptionally clean, pictures are accurate, quiet neighborhood, great central A/C, well stocked kitchen, owner is so easy to work with 
 honestly, one of our best stays and we have rented a lot of properties. I hope to rent AJ’s house again. Do not hesitate to book. This is a great option.
