Several of the properties located in Las Palmas have no privacy, people can look in the windows of the condo, see the pool from the street, and their are different units on all 4 sides. We are in the back of Las Palmas elevated from the road so you can't see the pool or open space without walking up the entrance with open space out our back door and behind the units seeing monkeys and other animals is a common occurrence. The condo is located in Marine sunset, one of the nicest complexes in the Las Palmas development. Many of the other complexes people walking on the street ,which there are a lot, can see the pool and inside the windows of the condos. Here it is very private and only 16 units to the pool so most of the time you have to to yourself There is parking out front of the condo if you have a car but a lot of people just walk, take taxis, or rent golf carts. It is very safe in coco, you can walk the beach or to town alone even at night with nothing to worry about Property management company also has a concierge service that can do anything from getting groceries before you arrive, helping rent golf carts for cars, booking tours in excursions including fishing or anything else you might need
