Cross the street and you’re on the beach path, just another 1-minute walk to the beautiful sand of Coco Beach. You’ll find many, many more restaurants as well as shops, a casino, and 3 large grocery stores in Downtown Cocoa, just a 10-minute walk from your door. You’ll love the location and the ambiance of this bright and fun vacation home.
