Stunning home and view!!

We enjoyed our stay, the one thing I would say is to let people know that there are only 3 full bathrooms in the main house, the fourth full bathroom is in the apartment on the same property

Wonderful Home and Great Service

This house is wonderful. It was perfect for our group. The home has all the bells and whistles and then some. The top of the line kitchen (indoor and outdoor) was awesome. The screened living space was very nice. The pool is great with a breathtaking view. Highly recommend this property for your vacation.

Great House with a View!!

We stayed here for a family vacation for 7 adults and 1 child. There was plenty of room, the house is gorgeous and the views are breathtaking. We took advantage of the outdoor living area with pool and enclosed grill. The staff was very accommodating and responsive. If you're looking for a top notch luxury house, this is it !!!

Our family stayed in this home five years ago and again this summer. We were amazed how little has changed. We thought it was amazing then and it still is. Very little has changed in the home. Extremely comfortable and well maintained. We look forward to staying here again.

The property is just as it’s pictured, Absolutely gorgeous! My husband and I’s 3rd trip to Costa Rica and the first time bringing our kids. The location is great. It’s gated with security so we always felt safe. The kitchen is well stocked and we had no need to buy household supplies while we were there. Edgar showed us to our property and he was amazing!

The real thing is better than the photos!

This house was amazing. First rental ever where the property was better than the photos. The property manager was fantastic and always available to help. The location is perfect between Coco and Hermosa. The apartment isn't well described but it is around the back of the house in the basement. It's not very nice as a 6th bedroom. The rest of the house is amazing.

Amazing house, responsive property manager

This is am amazing house with a million dollar view. It is well laid out and conveniently located for a variety of activities and is less than 30 mins from Liberia airport. Edgar, the property manager, was extremely responsive and very thoughtful - he took good care of us. There were some maintenance issues with the fridge and he spent Christmas Day trying to resolve everything. The pool is perfect. We would definitely stay here again if we return.

Great Property in a Nice Location!!!!

We recently spent 8 days in Villa Los Suenos and had a great time. The location overlooking the Gulf of Papagayo is first rate and the property is fantastic. We had a party of 8 and the home worked out perfectly. The separate grill area was perfect for grilling dinner while enjoying the views. The pool was fabulous and a great hit with our party. There are some markets in the local vicinity where you can get all the groceries you need and be totally self sufficient if you prefer to not to go out to eat, but there are also some great restaurants in the local area that I would recommend. If you have a large party and are looking to stay in the Playa Hermosa area, I would highly recommend the property.

Fantastic view

Can’t say enough good things about this property! The view was incredible. The house was in great condition and had a ton of room. It also had a really fantastic outdoor/indoor living space - when we needed a break from the sun, we just popped in the shade or set in the outdoor kitchen - and we could still “be together” when some people wanted to be in the sun. The property manager/ company were incredibly responsive and were great to work with (Edgar was awesome and checked in daily without prompting - and when we did need something he came through quickly). Our 3 kids loved the place (15-12yo). We hired a chef which was awesome bc downtown/ beach are not walkable (well, easily walkable). Also used Tico tours for some awesome trips. Thank you so much for the wonderful trip!

Beautiful Home

This house is absolutely fabulous. And the view is spectacular. 5 bedrooms. 3 ½ baths (plus an appartment that we didn't use). Washer and Dryer. They also have 2 free phones; one for local calls and one to anywhere in the states. Also free wi-fi. Gated community with a private gate and alarm system so it is very secure. Tim was our Concierge and I’d call him for advice on everything…and he’d always have an answer. I took my 3 grown kids and their spouses/significant others and it worked out great. We had Rosia come in and cook us Lobster one night at the house and it only cost $175+ tip for the 8 of us. I highly recommend this property for your stay in Costa Rica.

Beautiful view

The location was great - it is between Playa Hermosa and Playa del Coco. We had a lot of choices for eating. We hired a chef through Zindis that was a real treat! He did a great job! The house itself was not very clean and in a bit of disrepair. The cushions on the lounge chairs were grease stained and dirty. The waterfall feature in the backyard didn't work. There were a couple of issues that we had that were immediately addressed by Zindis. Overall it was a nice stay but the house could certainly use some attention. We booked a couple of tours through Zindis as well as airport transportation and the activities department was outstanding. Emanuel was quick to respond to our questions and eager to do everything he could to make our stay smooth.

Holiday Paradise

We could not put into words how Wonderful our stay was at this property!!! The pictures did not do it justice!!! The scenery was breath taking! From the time we booked back in the summer up until today which is the day after we came home, the communication with Marilyn, Edgar & Ian from the Zindis group was prompt, friendly, informational & spot on. The view was incredible, the house was very clean & we felt very safe. We took advantage of the fully equipped kitchen and made multiple dinners & breakfasts, We had game night out on the screened in porch. We had no issues with bugs whatsoever, although we did bring bug spray. The sun is HOT!! For our family, we loved taking the lounge chairs out into the pool. There was a perfect combo of shade and sun. It was a great location! Maybe 10 minutes from Coco Beach and close to grocery stores & some amazing restaurants. We had our 6 kids with us and felt like we all had plenty of room. We will most definitely be going back!!! Like I said, Edgar, Marilyn & Ian were amazing!!!

Spectacular view

We stayed there in July 2021. The view is stunning. The property is nice and well appointed. The location is easy to access. It was really nice having a paved road in. There’s a security guard at the gate to the community. A full grocery and several restaurants are a short 10-15 min drive. Edgar, the housemanager, was delightful and quick to help. 3 small issues: 1. The Wi-Fi was not very reliable and had to be reset a couple of times but we couldn’t do it ourselves. 2. Each of the two pairs of upstairs bathrooms shared a bathroom. (4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs). This was not clear from the description of the property but could be seen in the photos if one paid close attention. This is not an ideal arrangement for couples. 3. Only a small thing - the fountain in the pool was out of service. It would’ve been nice for ambiance but was a minor issue. Overall a great place to stay

Los Suenos trip-July 2019

Overall, the property was as advertised and provided comfort for our stay with 12 people. There were a few issues that created some problems. On the last night of our stay, we wanted to use the outdoor kitchen grill and during the heating process, the gas apparently ran out so our plans for grilled tuna and mahi were ruined. We had to cook the fish on indoor frying pans and it didn't taste as good. We found many insects in the home and brought a few back with us (beetles) in our clothing. Many of the lights in the home were burned out creating some issues with lighting in the home that we worked around. The water for the showers was cool and was repaired during our stay. One of the front door keys had to be replaced as it did not work correctly. We were able to stop by the office for the replacement key that did work. We would recommend the property to others assuming these items are in proper order and working. The swimming pool was nice but the cascading water falls in the pool were not working which took away from the ambience of the pool. Overall, the cost of the home for our stay was satisfactory in comparison to hotel stays for 12 people. We did not use any of the concierge services so no comment can be made concerning them. The management group did react favorably to our needs during the stay. If we return to Costa Rica, we will consider a rental again here.
