“Unfortunately, our stay this time was quite noisy. There was a group of kids moving around, and they kept opening and closing the doors. We could hear a lot of noise from the neighboring rooms as well, which made it difficult to rest. I hope this issue can be resolved in the future.”

I had a wonderful stay at Four Points in Sarnia. The rooms were spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The staff were always friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth. .The location is great just minutes from the bridge and the beach. Definitely a place I would recommend to anyone visiting the area.I love the pool and gym very clean .Outside ambiance very nice relaxing .My kids love it so much .Hopefully they have jacuzzi hot tub 😊❤️.

Lovely hotel upon check in but when I went to use the pool, there was garbage, hair and filth all in the pool. The elevators weren’t clean either, had melted ice cream all on the floor and the buttons, when I went to the front desk to let them know- they seemed confused and upon check out 4 hrs later, the ice cream was still all over the elevator. For these reasons I wont be back and won’t be recommending this hotel to anyone. Very gross and disappointing.

The balcony wasn’t cleaned (cigarette butt and McDonald’s cup), but the room was otherwise well kept - clean and nice decor, good amenities. Could use a bit more overhead lighting :), but the balcony helped with that in the morning. I would also take a bit of room in the main area and give it to the bathroom (very tight), but nothing was a dealbreaker. I’d stay again if the price doesn’t skyrocket (as they sometimes do).
