In Sarzeau, Cocoonr Agency offers you this charming, bright contemporary villa built in 2021, less than a kilometer from Beg er Lann beach (private access road), with wifi and TV, measuring 135 m² and comfortably accommodating up to 12 travelers (including 4 children). Nestled in a green setting on a quiet private estate, surrounded by maritime pines, it's the ideal place to spend an exceptional holiday with family or friends, with a total of 5 bedrooms and an office.

On the ground floor, you'll find an attractive 41 m² living room, a large fully-equipped kitchen, a master bedroom with a 140x200 bed, a private bathroom with shower and WC, and a relaxation room with a BZ sofa-bed for an adult. Upstairs, you'll find 2 double bedrooms each with a double bed (140cm) and a workspace, a bedroom with 1 single bed and a desk and chair, and a final bedroom for children or teenagers with 2 pull-out single beds (4 single beds), two bathrooms (one with shower and the other with bath) and a separate toilet. You'll enjoy a magnificent 1,000 m² garden with furniture and barbecue, and a 33 m² south-facing terrace to enjoy the warm weather.

As always with Cocoonr, your apartment is ready to move into: your bed is made on arrival, towels are provided and wifi access is included in the price of your reservation. Cleaning is included in the rental price, and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided.

All you have to do is put down your suitcases and enjoy the gentle pace of life in the Gulf of Morbihan.
