My son who is 8 years old was wishing that when I went for a coffee there would be hot chocolate for him to have too. With marshmallows and sprinkles. A hot chocolate bar for the kids would be nice at Christmas.

We arrived at 4:10pm and had to wait in the lobby until 5:15pm because our “room wasn’t clean” even though check in time is 3:00pm. The front desk staff was very nice but the situation was just unfortunate. We went swimming in the evening once we got a room and the pool was FRIGID. I mentioned it to the staff who came to do the chemical checks and he didn’t acknowledge it. We specifically booked a hotel with a pool to take our 2 and 5 year olds swimming and the 2 year old couldn’t last longer than 30 minutes before his lips were blue. In the morning we were planning to swim again but ultimately decided not to due to the pool temperature.

When we checked in, they tried to tell us we had already checked in... Someone else had checked in to our room and staff did not verify who they were. Staff was extremely rude and incompetent.. Tried to remove the people from our room and give it to us as is.. We refused... Finally after much discussion, they upgraded us to a suite which was very big and quite nice. Hotel was very noisy. Breakfast items subpar and cold Will never stay here again

Staff were great parking is great room is clean and be try nice. The only issue is that it’s noisy. The walls seems pretty thin and we could hear everyone above us. It was like the old apartment days. So getting sleep was very tough.
