Our room was in need of repairs. The room was freezing. We had to get up a number of times through the night to try to get the heat working. We followed the directions above the thermostat and it just wouldn’t work. In the lobby many broken tiles and the hotel showing signs of aging. In the pool area there was exposed wires in the pool and we were worried that it was unsafe.

Check in was excellent, breakfast voucher from expedia appreciated. But the cleanliness is poor.
Found this stain on our comforter.. unacceptable. Told front desk and gave us a voucher for breakfast which i refused. This is unacceptable. They told me to email this photo to their reservations email. 🤷‍♀️
