I had to be moved to a different room bc the bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly and the previous guest had left gum in the shower. Restaurant on Sunday was overrun and under staffed, waited over an hour for a basic breakfast, went for a brief swim in the freezing cold pool (no hot tub) and the water had a lot of gross floaties and hair in the water, I asked fir pool towels as neither the gym or pool had any, abd it took them a full 20 mins to bring towels and by that time a bunch of us had gathered to wait for some. Disappointed, this hotel used to be much better.

Most rooms on the 5th floor were not well kept (noticed blood stain on corner of mattress). Hallways were scuffed up and front desk would not move me to a different floor although they offered me different rooms on the same floor. No idea why they wouldn't put me on a different floor. Thought that was strange even after I made the request. Dont know if i'll ever return unless I have no other options.

Room service was very slow. Room not looked after till 4:30 pm and first day there no service at all in room. Had to go to front desk and ask for all the towels toilet paper etc.

The employee at check in was fantastic. I wish I had gotten his name. The food was great. Rooms could have been cleaner. While the beds and floors were fine smaller details like the light fixtures and the ceiling were quite gross in our room. The pool area was SO SLIPPERY. My son slipped on the tile area and fell quite hard. And when I asked about the garage sale look in the hallways they apologized, seemed confused, and said they would have it dealt with but did not during our stay. We checked in Thursday and out on Saturday and it was there the entire time.

Dirty, run down, disappointing.

This hotel has really gone severely down hill in the 2 year span since I was here last. My friend and I booked a king suite and upon entry we immediately noticed every lamp shade had large disgusting brown stains and they were all hanging askew. All the couches had water like stains on them. Most of the walls and doorways had noticable stains and just in general the room appeared run down and in need of an update. The AC didn't work, and the room was hot and humid on a 30 degree Celsius day. We asked for a new room which was somewhat better but only because the lamp shades were no longer disgusting to look at. We again had to get maintenance called to turn the AC on in the new room and it only worked in half the room. The pillows were LUMPY. I've never had worse pillows ever in my life. I would NEVER stay here again, not even if it was free.
