Some rooms smell terrible, always garbage on the property… the updated rooms are ok… all of the theme rooms need a deep clean or jus new flooring and a good wall wash… if the water slides and pools weren’t so amazing we’d never go again….

The waterpark is an amazing feature to the hotel. That was the only good experience I had. There were major security issues during my stay when there were fire evacuees staying at the hotel. They were constantly loud, drunk, high, causing disturbances, drug dealing and letting their children run around unescorted. I understand it is a tough time but neither the police, hotel staff or hotel security could deal with the bad behaviours. The evacuees had 0 respect for the other guests. One guest had someone drunk banging on all doors until they could find the right room. Not a lot of sleep had. Terrible experience.

The room was very nice the pool was a blast but the loud screaming and fight from other guest starting at 10pm and continued well past quiet time but aside from that everything was great!
