We had a wonderful stay at Maureen and Henri’s beach front condominium. We could not have asked for more. The first thing you would notice upon entering is the amazing view of the Atlantic Ocean. The sound of the waves crashing on the beach is so relaxing. It’s actually loud so even with the door closed you hear the ocean calling. With the very large windows and 2 sliding doors to the balcony you can’t take your eyes off the view. The accommodations of 3 bedrooms with very comfortable beds was another plus. When waking up in the main bedroom you can see the beautiful sky turn orange from the sunrise. The balcony gets sun first thing in the morning which was so nice as well for morning coffee. The description of the condo is spot on. The pictures are just as if we were there. The area has anything you could want. Driving either way down A1A is a multitude of stores and restaurants and close proximity to anything we wanted to do. The launches from cape Canaveral are visible from the condo building and unobstructed view from the beach. We already miss being there. Especially the long walks on the pristine beach right outside the door. The pool is heated and clean. The grounds are kept spotless and you almost feel as if you are staying at a resort. It’s really a nice place. Maureen and Henri live close by so if anything is needed, or any advice on any restaurants etc they are there to help. Thank you Maureen and Henri for a wonderful stay! We will be back for sure!

Ideal Getaway

Our third stay at Maureen and Henry's property. Directly on the ocean with magnificent views. Beautiful condo, beautifully and comfortably furnished. Hosts that were responsive to any need. Total relaxation!! Hope to repeat next year!!

Do we really have to leave here??

The setting is lovely, right on the beach and from the 5th floor there is a great view of the property and the ocean. The location is near just about anything you would want to see or do. The property is well maintained as is the entire setting, The owners were very attentive and friendly. The unit is well stocked with just about anything you might want ...right down to scotch tape! Can't wait to go back! Just 9 more months :)

Wish we could give a 10 star rating!

As snowbirds, our primary goal is to watch and listen to the ocean. We were thrilled by the view from the balcony, and we were so close we got to hear the waves crashing day and night. The condo was very spacious and beautifully decorated. Maureen was an excellent and attentive host, frequently sharing her knowledge of the area. If you like seeing space launches, this is the place for you! Definitely a 10 in our book!

Fantastic August Vacation!

I didn't want to come home after a month's stay at Maureen and Henri's beautiful condo! I can't imagine there is a more magnificent view of Satellite Beach than from the living room and master. We enjoyed many sunrises from our balcony, as well. The condo is tastefully decorated in coastal style. The kitchen has been updated beautifully and is well equipped. This condo is very comfortable and functional. New leather recliners, sofa and loveseat, super comfy mattresses in all three bedrooms, and a coded lock on the front door were really appreciated! A covered garage parking space was a definite bonus! Maureen made herself promptly available for our questions whether we needed info on restaurants, entertainment, or shopping. I love this area of the Florida coast and have found the perfect condo in which to vacation. I am looking forward to my third stay next August.

Absolute Perfection!!

We've stayed in a lot of really nice VRBO rentals over the years, but we've never had a rental experience that was as perfect as this one was!! The condo itself is just beautiful! The view is stunning! Everything, from furniture and appliances to bedding and finishing touches is updated, very well taken care of, and spotless! And the other owners and renters in this building were so friendly and nice! We absolutely loved getting to chat with Victor several times during our stay! There were so many thoughtful details - like small fans in case light sleepers need some background noise, all the beach supplies you could ever need, key hooks by the door, and a huge shoe rack so you're not tripping over shoes. And I especially appreciated the large foam wedge/pillow for under my legs since I've had a couple spinal surgies and usually need extra leg support while lying down. Maureen has truly thought of everything that her guests might need to make this condo perfect for guests! We were so impressed how thorough and thoughtful Maureen was before and during our stay! Communication was always so lightning fast! She even decorated the condo with balloons, a card, and several thoughful little gifts for my daughter's 17th birthday...our daughter was so surprised when we arrived! Maureen also had so many good suggestions for things to do for our kids! I cant say enough good things about Maureen...she truly made our 5 week stay absolutely perfect!

A Little Piece of Paradise

Amazing beachfront property! Incredible sunrises to wake up to, and gorgeous sunsets at the end of the day. The condo is centrally located in Satellite Beach making it extremely convenient to everything. The unit was super sparkling clean, bright, and felt like a second home. It has truly been our pleasure to have enjoyed the hosts' promptness and kindness throughout our multiple stays. Sincerely enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property.

Perfect vacation!

Paradise! Our condo exceeded our expectations! When we first walked through the door we knew this was the perfect place for us to spend our vacation. Maureen, our host, met us upon arrival with all the info we needed to start our wonderful vacation. The condo was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and totally stocked with everything we needed for our month long stay. After we were settled, Maureen contacted us to make sure everything was perfect, which it was. She would alert us whenever there was a launch at Cape Canaveral or a fun activity going on around town. Some of our favorite times were spent having our coffee and watching the sun rise from our private balcony. We loved our stay so much that we have already booked two months next year! Maureen and Henri were the perfect hosts and have also become our friends.

WONDERFUL

We had a wonderful stay at Maureen and Henri's condo! When we booked the condo online, it looked very, very nice, but in person it is just outstanding. Everything was clean and bright and very nicely decorated with beautiful views of the beach and the ocean. Henri and Maureen were very accommodating when we needed anything. I highly recommend booking their condo. Can't wait to visit again next year!

Most excellent experience in the 8 years we've been visiting the space coast!

We have stayed on the space coast 5 out of the last 8 years in various beach condos, and this was by far the best experience in many ways. The condo itself was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. It was bright and immaculately clean. With 3 bedrooms and 2 balconies, it provided a lovely place to host family and guests, and the king sized bed in the master suite was soooo comfortable! We had a beautiful ocean view that overlooked the very well maintained pool area. We enjoyed body surfing, shelling, walking the gorgeous and quiet beaches, and swimming! There were several great restaurants nearby. I can’t say enough about the owners. They were warm and friendly. They met us there when we arrived to show us around. After we had been there a few days they followed up via a quick text, just to make sure everything was good, and to see if we needed anything. They also gave us suggestions for great restaurants, shopping, salon services, etc. I would absolutely recommend this vacation rental to anyone who wants to have an amazing beach vacation in a great place!!

Fantastic condo, perfect hosts and great location!

I stayed at the condo for the entire month of January 2022. Maureen and Henri were perfect hosts -- they could not have been more helpful and welcoming. They made sure I was happy with everything, gave me recommendations for restaurants and alerted me whenever there was going to be a rocket launch from Cape Canaveral (which you can watch from the building or the beach). The condo is beautiful, everything is brand new, the view is spectacular (you can watch both the sunrises and the sunsets from the condo!), and you are right on the beach. The beach is fantastic -- it runs forever in each direction. Maureen and Henri have furnished and decorated the condo with beautiful, elegant furniture and artwork. The building is so conveniently located too -- just a block from a Walgreens, two blocks from a Publix supermarket, and within easy driving distance of restaurants, shops, and everything else you might need during your stay. There are two spare bedrooms, one with its own balcony. I highly recommend this property, as well as its owners. I liked it (and them) so much, my wife and I have already booked it for a month next year!

Easy to arrive, hard to leave

This place is amazing it was hard to leave! Falling asleep to the ocean waves and waking up to have coffee on the balcony was my favorite part. The check-in process was a breeze, the hosts were very hospitable and welcoming. The place was extremely clean, with a good amount of fresh towels and linens. Even towels for the beach! I enjoyed having a garage parking spot, especially for those 15 minute Florida rain showers. I don’t do much "home cooking" but with this kitchen, I wish I did, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything to make a full course meal! I loved the little coffee bar too. Hoping I can come back in the future, Thanks again!
