It appeared the complex was undergoing repairs/renovation. There was no pool and access to the beach first night was blocked with yellow tape. The bathrooms on the first floor for beach goers to use were being renovated and were closed. Views from our 4th floor balcony were breathtaking and were consistent with picture on the site. However none of the windows opened to hear the ocean while sleeping. That info was not shared until we arrived and received the PDF instructions. :( The condo itself appeared to undergoing some repairs/renovation, message instruction on kitchen wall for contractors. The kitchen appeared to have everything you would need to cook except for teaspoons. There was one teaspoon and the rest large tablespoons. Everything in the condo worked except one floor lamp, it had the knob missing for turning it on. Both floor lamps only worked if the light switch on wall was turned on. Bonus the condo provided beach chairs, beach towels, and beach umbrellas and a wagon to haul it in downstairs to the beach. Our last day we saw 2 dolphins from our balcony and a Starlink launch. The host was responsive and answered questions. The kitchen did not have any dishrags/dishtowels. We did not access TV because we could not\ figure it out. A nice TV instruction paper would be helpful. We loved the stay and that the price was reduced to reflect the lack of pool and construction. Would stay again, There is a stoplight at the entrance to parking lot a very good plus!! *****
