Bad experience, got ripped of for aircon, rooms were dirty, shower didnt work etc. Don't stay here!

Aktiiviselle budjettimatkailijalle sopiva kohde

Pros: Sijainti oikein hyvä kävelykadun loppupäässä. Hotellin läheisyydessä kauppoja ja ruokapaikkoja. Myös eri rannoille helppo kulkea.
Cons: Henkilökunnan toiminnassa parantamisen varaa. Perusvaatimus olisi mielestäni edes asiakkaan huomioiminen ja tervehtiminen .Parannettavaa siivouksessa.
Hotellilla hyvä sijainti kävelykadun varrella. Musiikki läheisestä baarista kuului huoneeseen selvästi, samoin naapurihuoneen perheriita, joten äänieristyksessä toivomisenvaraa. Henkilökunta muutamaa poikkeusta lukuunottamatta ei kovinkaan ystävällistä, hyvä että edes vastasivat tervehdykseen. Hotellin palveluita mm. retkien suhteen en käyttänyt, joten niitä en osaa arvioida. Sisäänkirjautuessani vastaanotossa ei mainittu mitenkään, että siivousta huoneeseen pitäisi pyytää erikseen. Yövyin matkallani tässä hotellissa 9 yötä, ja kolmantena päivänä sitten kävin kysymässä siivouksen perään, kun mitään ei ollut tapahtunut automaattisesti. Mies kävi wc:n ( joka muutenkin oli melkoisen tunkkainen) pikaisesti pesemässä ja tyhjentämässä pursuavat roskakorit. Jatkossakin ainakin minun huoneen kohdalla piti erikseen pyytää siivousta, jos siis halusi, että edes roskikset tyhjätään ja saa puhtaan pyyhkeen ja wc-paperirullan. Oletin kyllä siivouksen kuuluvan hintaan, koska sen puuttumisesta ei ainakaan missään kerrottu..
