The home provided a wonderful space for everyone to have their own room, relax and hang out together.The hot tub was a wonderful addition!We were disappointed that the bedding, living space and kitchen cookware and utensils were not very clean. We were also shocked to find that most of the windows were all unlocked on our last day. Made us feel a bit unsafe.However we did communicate our disatisfaction with the owner and he was going to address it with maintenance and his cleaning staff. Would have been nice to have had some compensation for the lack of expected cleanliness but us ladies had fun.

Cozy cabin with a lot of room for our group of 9. We enjoyed being able to use the fire pit, and there were plenty of places to play games/puzzles without interfering with having a place to congregate for meals.

Renter beware

This rental was dirty inside and out and several of the amenities that were listed when we booked the rental were not available when we actually stayed there. I won’t get into the ugly details, but in my opinion, the owner is greedy and a bit unethical.

Beautiful property inside & out! It was the perfect place to spend quality time with family. Plenty of space to spread out if we wanted & large enough gathering areas for us to be together to visit & play games. Watching the sunset from the hot tub or hammock was magical. Host was wonderful with communication. Check in & check out was easy & seamless. We’ll definitely want to stay here again!

Perfect Stay for Family

This property was fantastic inside and out. Back yard, too. Hot tub was a really great treat at the end of the day. My 2 5 year old grandchildren loved it. Lots of games and books for them to read. Nothing but good things to say here!

Incredible cabin on the lake! Very easy to get to and check in/check out was seamless. The property owner Chad was exceptional with communication. Highly recommend for anyone with a family looking for rural vacation.

Christmas Away from Home

The property was very nice. Being winter we did not take advantage of any of the outdoor amenities. I needed a place to host my family for Christmas this year since my husband passed away and I was paring down our family home for a move. There were a couple small hickups but Chad was extremely accommodating and all worked out just fine in the end. It was a tough year for me so his kindness was very much appreciated!

Fantastic lakeside retreat!

While just two of us stayed here for a weekend, I would highly recommend a larger group of family or friends. A beautiful property, fully stocked, close to town. Beautiful views from the hot tub. Fire pit outside and wood burning fireplace indoors. A must stay! Property owners are highly responsive and friendly! Enjoy your stay, we did!

Beautiful home

Comfortable beds, great host communication, loved the hot tub, well equipped kitchen, paddle boat, kayaks. Many steps down to dock were not a problem. Late summer visit so lake was green, and no sandy area, we couldn’t swim. But we had a wonderful time! Sauk Center is a great little town with a splash pad.

Quick family getaway

The fishing off the dock was great - LOTS of perch and largemouth bass. We caught a few rock bass and small walleye off the dock too. The property manager is very communicative and responsive to any questions. The weather didn't cooperate for our stay, so we did not use the hot tub. We enjoyed the pontoon and paddleboat when the rain and wind permitted, but regardless we had a great stay.

Our family was very comfortable in this lovely house. We enjoyed the variety of activities from kayaking, yard games, reading in the hammock, many foosball contests and s’mores by the fire. Many memories made!

Picturesque Bachelorette Party

I rented this cabin to host my friend’s bachelorette party and it was the perfect spot for our low key and relaxing celebration. Gorgeous view of and access to the lake, lots of yard games, hot tube, great seating options indoor and out to host our group. Chad was very helpful and responsive before and during our stay, you can tell he takes pride in his property and ensuring his guests have a memorable experience! Would absolutely recommend for anyone, just be thoughtful about your groups ability to conquer the steps down the dock (our group had no problem but could be a challenge for older folks or children). PS we appreciate the complimentary bottle of red!

Great stay

A very cozy little home on the lake. Felt clean and modern. Host is super responsive whenever we had issues. A few things werent working. I mentioned to the owner and expect they will get sorted out. Little stuff like the hand soap pump being broken, the elliptical's electrical connection was severed. Also there are almost 50 steps down to the dock, which was a bummer, but doable for all of us except my mom. All in all though it was a pleasant and cozy stay in a nice place. Beds are super comfy. Foosball and cornhole was really fun. Hot tub is really nice. We also rented the pontoon and it is a wonderful brand new pontoon.

Awesome stay

We had a great stay at this cabin! The host was friendly and responsive. The cabin was clean, had plenty of space, and had great views! We especially loved the hot tub and how peaceful the location was. Highly recommend.

Wonderful getaway for a girls weekend!

My high school friends & I stayed at this adorable, comfy & spacious home for our annual girls weekend and absolutely loved it! We enjoyed the view, played games, talked smart around the bon-fire, went for walks and had a great time! As always, we ran out of time. Didn't even have time to make use of all of the amenities! Enjoyed the home so much we never left all weekend!

Sauk Centre Biking

We (four couples) came up for a short get away and to bike the Lake Wobegon Trail. We had a fabulous time, and truly enjoyed the stay. The house was clean, well stocked, nice beds and plenty of places to relax and enjoy the beauty of the area. The host was very responsive and we would definitely stay again!!!!

Very pleasant lake home on a very nice family lake

Our three families really enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were exactly as described, we had some fun family time with their yard games, enjoyed two bonfires at night, and several pontoon loops around the lake on their beautiful and well equipped boat. Very nice!
