"I rated the stay lower purely because of the service: only one person at the reception could speak English; if you needed help to find something in the hotel, almost nobody was around; we had strong wind during our stay (which of course is unpredictable), but when we stayed by the pool, several sun lounges and mattresses were taken away by the wind, and a big plant pot broke with the wind very close to the pool and no staff was around to attend to any of this for around 2 hours…; when we arrived to check in it was around 2:30pm, and they couldn’t cater for a hot lunch, they only offered 4 cold salad types and the food was extremely average, the bread was very dry and didn’t feel like a good quality lunch. Considering the above points, we found it a bit shocking for a hotel with the 5 star standing. On the plus side, the hotel itself is very nice and the views are great. "
