We always stay here but it is feeling a bit run down and dirty. We had damage to our front door and it didn’t shut properly. The bathroom door had water damage. One bed was super uncomfortable. Breakfast needs an upgrade or change. It’s the same bad eggs and sausage every morning. Why not invest in a waffle maker or pancake machine? And the coffee had a French vanilla taste to it, which was awful. Staff is excellent and location is good and the pool area is decent.

Busines Trip to SSM

The rooms were clean, and I had a large suite that made my stay very comfortable. The bathroom was a bit cramped, but the friendly staff helped make up for it. When I reported a broken office chair, maintenance quickly brought a brand-new replacement, which was much appreciated. However, the vinyl flooring made it difficult to work at the desk, as the chair would easily roll away. Additionally, the pull-out table desk was on wheels, but the casters had no locks, causing it to move while I was trying to work, which was frustrating. Another downside was the lack of soundproofing—walls and doors did little to block noise from the hallway or neighboring rooms, making it easy to hear conversations from other guests. Also, the shower was a bit cold on the first day due to a lack of hot water, but this improved on subsequent days.
