on the ground floor a kitchen / lounge / dining room of 50m2, a bedroom and bathroom with walk-in shower and sink, and a separate toilet
upstairs there are 2 large bedrooms, one with sea view, a bathroom with walk-in shower, bath 2 sinks and separate toilet
downstairs 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with walk-in shower, bath 2 sinks and separate toilet. Furniture and bedding are new.
The kitchen is fully equipped with new equipment: American fridge, large hob, oven, host and comfortable worktop.
The house is connected to Wifi, and has a TV.
Our house has a pleasant garden where you can enjoy the sun and the view thanks to its 2 terraces. The garden furniture consists of a large table and chairs for 10 people as well as a table for 4 people, 1 large umbrella and a barbecue Weber coal.
A 2 minute walk from the heart of the village and its port, you enjoy the charms and shops of Sauzon, but also the first beaches that are 15 minutes walk and the Pointe des Poulains - 10 minutes by bike.
