Great location! Super clean! Nice amenitiesâhuge living area. Kitchen is fully equipped to prepare meals with seating for 6 or more. One block from Kroger and Starbucks. Walkable to fun shops, Forsyth Park, and good eats. Great communication! While there, be sure to visit Hannah Eâs and Custard Boutique.
The property is very nice and very clean. The only thing I would change, is the bathroom door. Iâd swap it to the closet door. Nice neighborhood. 20 minute walk to the river. Easily one of our favorite trips. Canât wait to go back. Parking wasnât bad and we got lucky a few times by being right out front.
The property was clean and nicely remodeled. The bed was especially comfortable. Kitchen beautiful and the neighborhood was quiet when we were there. A+
Very cute and clean little apartment! The only things I think that need any attention are more comfortable chairs in the living room instead of the blue ones in there and shower head wasn't that good. Other than that - perfect! Customer service was perfect and responded to any questions I had. I would stay here again.
We loved it there, cant say enough about the location. Kroger and dollar tree a few minute walk away, very convenient. Short walk to Forsyth park and the Dot which is free to hop on and go downtown. The place is clean and spacious and the bed is amazing. Glad we chose this place, will be back!
Location was great & clean.
Communication with booking was excellent.
Only issues-- 1st impression, front door had some wear on it. The other problem we had was the shower -- not much pressure and glass shower doors didn't close all the way.
We rode bikes almost everywhere we went. Location was great!
We enjoyed our stay in Savannah. The property was clean, and in a good location. Close by is a grocery store, and Forsyth Park. Walking distance to historical sites and restaurants in the district. A plus was the property had parking available right out front I would add to this property a tv for the bedroom, and the sliding glass door in the back was difficult to open. Beautiful place to stay
Everything was clean Nd the location was great. The patio was locked from both sides and unsable. We inquired and they said to go around frm the back but that wa also locked and would not have been practical.
This property was over priced and the quality of living was not good at all.
Bed too hard, no tv in bedroom, furniture was terrible scratches on night stand and dresser.
Plates cracked or chipped, water damage in the ceiling, headboard was broken or loose, shower head needed replaced just did not meet our expectations compared to the picture
We arrived on Saturday night for a 6 night stay. The place was clean and neat on arrival. The Bedroom Sliding Door would not open. Then there was a
thunderstorm and the front room flooded to the Kitchen. We called and and told them the 2 problems plus the bathroom sink stopper would not close. They had Maintenance come out early Sunday morning. Mopped the floor and took over 10 minutes to get the Sliding Door Open. This was mentioned several times before in posts. It is a safety hazard and in case of a fire in the kitchen, that was the only exit. THIS DOOR NEEDS TO BE PERMANENTLY FIXED. The sink was never fixed.
We had the following Deferred Maintenance Issues.
*Ice Maker did not work and no ice cube trays.
*Deli Drawer in Refrigerator was broken.
*Border around Fireplace was loose.
*Dishwasher lower plate was off.
*No Soap for the Washing Machine.
*Sliding door was still difficult to open.
*Two front window shades would not close. The parts
was missing to close them.
*Light bulb out in Living Room Fan.
*Front entrance was not appealing and dirty. Door had
*paint pealing. Adjacent units looked well maintained.
*The Walls were sparce. Not like in the picture. Needs
to have a Decorator spend a little time and make
more inviting and more with the standard of
Savannah
I have owned a Vacation Rental and have stayed at many during the past several years. My standards were all very high for my guests.
The property was just as described. It was very clean and well appointed. It could have used a couple of more towels and wash cloths but other than that it was great. We would definitely stay there again.
Less then desirable
The apartment was clean, bed was comfortable (minus the pillows), and kitchen was decently stocked.
Would not recommend because Of the overwhelming musty smell in bedroom. Ceiling leak. Contacted maintenance to report. Obvious signs of water damage previously.
Unable to unlock slider and use back porch shown in photos. (Bolted shut)
Not clear on garbage can area. (Couldnât find where to dump our trash)
Loud upstairs neighbors. Not on purpose but can hear every step and even conversations.
Windows are very dirty, kept blinds closed.
A few suggestions:
1. More hangers. Only 9 available.
2. Clean the ironing board cover or get a new one. Stains.
3. Replace pillows. Flat and lumpy.
4. Add a TV in the bedroom.
5. Add a mirror over dresser for extra space to get ready.
6. Get a portable fan.
7. Get a garbage can in bathroom.
8. Either fill the soap container in bathroom or do not have out.
9. Get ice trays. Filter on fridge needed changing.
10. Have Ziplock bags and tinfoil in kitchen.
11. Rugs. Current ones are very small for the space. Not adequate design wise or for comfort.
12. Wall decor to make it feel more homey. Very bare bones. Mirror by front door is unusable, hung high.
13. More bar stools, only 2.
14. Comfortable chairs in living room. Blue chairs are for show, not for extended seating time.
15. Need hooks by front door to hang coats.
16. Have pen and paper available.
17. Need current maps. The ones supplied are outdated.
This unit is a part of a row house. When we first entered the place it smelled very musty. We thought that maybe it was because the air was off and when we turned air on it would go away. We went and bought some air freshener and sprayed that all around. We then noticed water seeping through the wood floors in bedroom/bathroom when we walked on them. Management company was prompt to respond and they discovered that the unit next door had a plumbing leak and that water is what was seeking into this unit. They moved us to another unit above this one and did the best they could under the circumstances. If staying here I would make sure the water remediation and clean up has been completed and no mold problems
The property was clean, however it lacked furniture seating in the living room. Further the sliding mirrored closet doors where the washing machine and dryer are located were completely off track and the only way to get access was to physically remove one of them. Also, the bedroom sliding glass door does not have an operable lock on it. The fold out bed was very uncomfortable, lacking a decent mattress. There were someone elseâs dirty towels in hamper. Also the bathroom sliding door did not work properly and had no interior handle.
But, The area was nice and Savannah is beautiful this time of year.
The property was exactly as described, and perfect for a long weekend. Itâs walking distance to a grocery store which is super convenient, and not far from downtown.
Overall nice. Sliding back door very difficult to open. Once opened, discovered undisclosed labeled parking spot for our unit. A/c and other stuff worked great. Child running rambunctiouslu through upstairs unit a bit bothersome first night only.
This was my second time visiting Savannah and this location was ideal for my trip. Everything I needed was a short walk or an even shorter drive away. The pictures on the website are representative of the apartment. I have not complaints about my stay.
