The property is very pretty. Great decor and location. The unit was clean for the most part. The master bath was lacking some cleanliness with mildew on the shower tile grout. Our largest issue was with maintenance. Our first morning there the shower head detached upon use. We texted with a property manager and were told maintenance would be there tomorrow (Tuesday) to fix the issue. We never heard back and the shower head was not fixed. On Wednesday (the day before check out) a shower head was dropped off in a shopping bag inside our door. We did not bring tools on vacation and were unable to make the repair ourselves. Upon messaging property managers again we were simply told sorry someone should have installed that or you. This resulted in sharing 1 shower with our teenager which was not ideal or what we had paid for.
House was very clean and inviting. A little disappointed with entry and courtyard. Just weeds. They had bikes but all tires were flat. No remote for garage but there is a pad. Roof top area was messy and not taken care of. Loved being close to everything downtown. Savannah is a lovely city.
Space was perfect for the four of us. Rooms were bright and comfortable, great vibe throughout. Location within walking distance of most sights and restaurants. Would stay here again.
We traveled to Savannah with friends, and we all really enjoyed our stay at this property. We appreciated that both bedrooms had a private bathroom, and that the property was clean and well-furnished. We were able to be on foot for the most part because the property was in close proximity to so many restaurants and historic sites. We would definitely stay here again.
Great communication, super clean, great location. Would definitely stay here again. My one suggestion would be to have a key or keypad for the two back doors. I wanted to be able to lock all doors when leaving, park in the garage when returning, and go in through back door. However there was no key. So you have to walk all the way back around to the front to get in the keypad.
We rented this home as a base for our walking tour of Savannah, and it worked out very well. Convenient to everything, modern, yet homey, for the 4 of us. The pool is a joke on Tybee Islandâmore of a lap pool.
Stayed with some girlfriends on a getaway. Great location we walked a lot of the time. The rental was great and suited our needs. Would definitely book again if we get back to Savannah.
This property was perfect for our family stay in Savannah. Easy walking access to most all of the Historical District Sights. Easy to get to Airport, Tybee Island, etc. The roof top seating was an added bonus. The host was excellent at communicating throughout the stay and very responsive to questions. We would definitely consider another stay at this property.
Could not have asked for a better location. Everything we wanted to visit was within walking distance. Having the garage space was perfect. The home was clean, beautiful, and had everything we needed. Communication with the hosts was easy and we felt very comfortable and welcome.
The place is so cute. Loved the decorations. The bedrooms were big and so cozy. The outdoor courtyard would be a great place to have dinner. The location was absolutely perfect! Highly recommend and would love to stay there again..hopefully soon!
Our family of 5 very much enjoyed our stay. We had plenty of room to spread out vs a hotel stay. The outdoor spaces were lovely and great for morning coffee and evening wine. We felt like we were locals right in the middle of everything. Most area attractions were within walking distance, while others were just a quick car ride away. The home is particularly close to awesome shopping on Broughton Street!
The unit is NOT new. It is only partially renovated, the downstairs half bath hasn't been touched since the 1960s. The garage door opener didn't work, so we had to go around the block to the front of the house and go through. When we called to ask them to change the battery, they said "just use the remote". Guess it will be a surprise to the next people too. The ice maker leaked, but there were no rags to mop up the puddle. And, DON'T count on using the "rooftop terrace". It was a selling point for us, but was up a tight, narrow, 2 story circular staircase outside. Only someone short and in their 20s could use it...but not after a glass or two of wine!
