Very comprehensive in terms of what is provided, everything we needed was available. While it was not modern, could use some updating, everything was usable and clean. Felt like a home. Enjoyed morning walks through the neighborhood.
We are deeply grateful for the wonderful stay we had at this beautiful property. From the moment we arrived, everything was simply perfect. The house is cozy, beautifully decorated, and offers all the comforts one could hope for. Our guests, who came to celebrate the San Juan Festival in Savannah 2025, felt truly at home. The communication with the hosts was outstanding â always kind, quick, and attentive to every detail, which made the entire process so smooth and pleasant. It is clear that they truly care about offering an excellent experience. The location could not have been better: right in downtown Savannah, allowing us to fully enjoy the charm, history, and vibrant life of the city.Thank you once again for helping us create such special memories. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a 5-star stay filled with comfort, care, and the true spirit of Southern hospitality!
As someone who is from Savannah this place was perfect for what we wanted! It was not even a 2 minute walk to Forsyth where we checked out the farmers market and laid out all day enjoying the weather. The host was extremely accommodating and answered any and all questions. It was actually even a lot bigger than the pictures showed. It could use a little revamping in certain areas but overall would definitely stay here again!!
My property was not ready upon arrival, I did not arrive to town until after 7 pm and the unit had not been cleaned from the previous stay. I called and was told that my name did not appear on a list for check in so the ladies had to come out and clean after hours. My family and I had to drive around until about 8:30 while the unit was being cleaned. When we arrived back at the unit. It appeared the cleaners cleaned but not with detail. There was hair in refrigerator there was trash under both couches trash under the bed. In the check in details it said that there was a palmetto bugs but on two occasions we saw actual
Roaches. Floors still a little dirty. Was told that there was a shortage on towels and that they would have to bring them in the morning along with sheets for the pull out couch (that was broken) the bed in front room is broken held up by plywood my kids fell down in the middle of the night while sleeping. The area outside is very dirty and the alleyway feels very unsafe. The parking is horrible risking chance for your vehicle to be broken into or swiped on the side street. This property was very DISAPPOINTING.
I come down here every year for my birthday! This year was just as great. Great communication with the property manager, and there was a quickness to solving the few problems we had (when we got in, the AC wasnât working but a maintenance man was sent out to help quickly and he even bought us some fans!) It was a great place to stay.
While booking was a painless process, the next best part of my stay here was vacating the response. We had one night where the water pressure in the building was tolerable, and for the remainder of our stay, there was barely enough water escaping the faucets to rinse a tooth brush, and taking a shower was a pipe dream at best. After two un-showered days, I contacted the property manager and their response was an apology, but no mention of the issue being resolved or compensation being offered. Our lack of usable running water persisted for the duration of our stay, and eventually I gave up and rented a hotel room to be able to shower. All buildings surrounding the property appear to either be condemned, under construction, or both.
If youâre in the market for a shower-less stay, and 7am wake up calls from laborers outside every morning, this is the perfect place for you!
We really needed somewhere to house a group of 7 that was close to where we were visiting in Savannah. It ls close to everything we needed. The rooms were comfortable. Plenty of towels for showers. And a decent sized kitchen for making our own meals. I highly recommend staying here!
Brother and wife and sister from Utah came to visit. Brought them down to see the town. Place was nice and cozy. Mirrors were all for taller guests. Maybe a list of places and sites to see, so we have something besides social media.
We were on a girls trip and a little weary after reading previous reviews because previous comments stated that they wouldn't recommend for females traveling alone. We never felt at all unsafe or out of place as females traveling alone. Overall we had a great stay, place was clean and well taken care of. Especially for the price point. It's obviously an older builder that was revamped into a rental property. The place that we rented from obviously took the last reviews constructive criticism well because luggage racks were placed in each room as well as extra blankets and towels. Any questions I had were pretty immediately responded to. Emily with the place that owns and manages the rental property was very respectful and professional from the interactions I had with her. Overall, would stay again.
