We very much enjoyed our stay here in the historic neighborhood of Savannah. We could walk to everywhere we wanted to see. Forsyth Park, restaurants, some shopping and the arena for a concert, although we chose to drive, it was under a mile from the house. We were happy with the beautiful spring scenery, with all kinds of celebrations happening the weekend we were there. We saw weddings in the Park, families celebrating their graduates, tourists learning about local history. All the squares offer wonderful shade and beauty everywhere you look. We were there in May. The vibe was relaxed and friendly. With the schools in the area, the city has a youthful air, but the history and old architecture balances things out. We have been here before to the area. Our rental was well appointed, comfortable and clean. Any needs for communication with Chase were promptly answered. Savannah is always a good idea!

The room was as the description stated and as the picture show. It was very cute, quaint, and clean. The lights were on as was the air when we arrived. So it was nice coming into a room that was prepared.Unfortunately, the shower did not work. The bathtub was tight so I was able to take a bath and wash my hair, but it was not easy. My husband was unable to take a shower whole time we were there.We also realized the windows were voltage shut and unable to open so we were unable to let any air in and the unit was very small and got stuffy fast.

Great location near lots of good stuff to do! Well appointed, very generous with coffee pods, creamer and sugars. Bed was cozy and comfy. We were there wiWhen snow hit and heater struggled to keep up but we were ok. Normally not that cold in Savannah!

This place was absolutely amazing. The location was wonderful right next to Forsyth park. It was perfect for walking to brunch at Collins Quarter and then the farmers market that happens right next to the restraunt. We also were able to walk to Enmarket Arena for our concert since it was only a mile and we didnt want to worry about traffic after. The place itself was so cozy and had everything we needed for the weekend. Also a special shoutout for the communication! I knew everything for check in days in advance and even had to reach out to update payment method and they were on it within minutes! Brandon and Chase are wonderful hosts! Cant wait to come back again!

The rental is small, but we weren’t there much so that was fine. The shower does not have great water pressure and did not appear to be super clean. The light above the bathroom sink was extremely dim and flickered. We found several spiders and multiple small flying bugs. One day when we returned, the door into the unit was unlocked. We double checked that it was locked prior to leaving for the day. Responses to questions took hours sometimes. The bed was comfortable and the area is cute. It is a walk to get to the city market area or River Street.

The property was clean, crisp, and so incredibly cute!!!! Exactly as pictured! My mom and I had the best time! Forsyth Park was a literal block away, bike rental was under a 5 minute walk, and there were so many restaurants within 1 mile. We recommend the trolley ride, the Prohibition Museum, bike rental, Corleone’s Italian restaurant, and Leopold’s Ice Cream! The hosts had phenomenal communication. We loved the property and the city, we will definitely be back!
