Staff was super friendly and helpful. Recommend a great spot to watch the christmas parade. Kids loved the waffels, i appreciated the healthier option of the egg white fritatta. Family loved the room, clean, "cool vanity mirror." Husband liked the tv size. Close to the restaurant and church we went to. Definitely would stay again.

We stayed at the hotel for over a long weekend and really liked the convenience of the location. Walkable to restaurants, shops and the riverfront. The price was decent for a weekend in December, plus it included breakfast. Although, I do think the breakfast was not very fresh and some items tasted like they were either sitting out or stale. It could have been better but again, its nice to have the option included. The hotel itself was very clean, and spacious. The lobby was decorated nicely for the holidays and the staff was very friendly. The only issue we had was that there was only 1 working elevator that weekend so just had some extra long wait times but other than that it was a pleasant stay. Valet Parking onsite is pricey, but we opted for a parking garage nearby to save and it worked out fine. I would still recommend this hotel especially for its location.

It was newly remodeled, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the proximity to stores and restaurants. Cons is you have to pay for valet and breakfast could have a little more variety since the meat was only pork

A/c was not cooling fan would not stay on informed front desk . Offered to move room . Same issues breakfast tasted as from a bag put in a microwave. Turkey sausage was awful. Dogs barking in hotel and dog crap not cleaned up outside of hotel. Smelled terrible outside.
