Everything was nice loved the house very spacious. The only thing I didnât like was the bathrooms were dirty along with Refrigerator and kitchen counters. I had to go out and get cleaning supplies to clean. I also couldnât use the Master bathroom shower because the tub wasnât sealed and the shower curtain had nasty build up.
We enjoyed this vacation home. Parking was free and plentiful, the neighborhood was extremely walkable and Robby had great communication. Check out was a breeze-they literally asked us to do nothing-which in turn made us want to clean more for the housekeeping staff. We.will definitely be staying here again next time we visit Savannah!
An excellent stay. The immediate area is a little sketch but we had no issues with parking or leaving our car parked on the street. Plenty of good food close (drive though). Would definitely stay again.
It was a great stay! Very confty the house has many amenities. Fully equipped kitchen. Plenty of bathrooms and a cool outside patio. We where a big family my mom and dad, sister and hub and my 2 teen agers husband and I plus our dogs and the facilities where very laid back. Closed to everything and felt safe. Will stay again.
This cute little place is the PERFECT stay for Savannah. It still has a lot of original details that give you the feel of the historic Savannah. The place was very clean and the beds were, to my surprise, very comfortable!! The owner communicated with us well to make sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!!
My partner and I (along with our cat) stayed in this VRBO for 3 weeks. The house interior is really elegant. Lots of details that give it charm.
We work remotely and found that this townhouse worked well for our business needs. The wifi was pretty reliable and there is a desk and dining room table available for desk setup.
The living room area is great. The TV is really good quality. Also, the couch turns into a bed, so we spent many hours lounging there with pillows and blankets to watch movies.
Kitchen has modern appliances and has most of the standard kitchen odds and ends (Keurig was awesome) (could definitely use a toaster).
This unit is located in the Starland neighborhood of Savannah. The neighborhood itself is primarily working class/students. While we always felt safe walking around, the surrounding blocks do look like they have seen better days. However, hip shops and restaurants are starting to appear. Also, light sleepers beware: there is quite a bit of noise in this bustling area (general neighborhood noise, train horn multiple times each night).
Downtown Savannah is an easy, 5 minute drive with plenty of options for parking.
A few recommendations: Graveface (record store and museum), The Vault (restaurant), Vics on the River (restaurant), Starland Yard (restaurants), Wormsloe (park)
