Thank you for hosting us in Savannah. This listing was accurate and the house was in the perfect location. Check in would have been smoother if we were given more clear info about whether or not we had a key. We ended up using the back door every day because we couldn't find one. Texted the property around 5:30pm for help and they responded ASAP with detailed instructions on using the back door. The property was great in that it gave us shelter and it was very accurate to the listing, but it wasn't the cleanest or the most comfortable. Floor is sticky and the inside of one of the beds felt like it had sand in it. One of the couches had a white stain on the cushion from before we arrived. There were no reading lights in any of the rooms, and this sounds dramatic, but the beds were rock hard. I'm not sure how the average person would be able to sleep painlessly on these. Our shoulders and backs popped when we laid on them. The furniture and decor was sparse other than that, which was fine since we only used this place for sleeping. Would be nice if it had some porch chairs though. Thank you!
Came to take my child back to school at SCAD. This house was really nice inside. It was within walking distance to a bunch of stuff. Not a fancy neighborhood but I felt safe and the house was very nicely done.
The inside matched the online pictures but outside we had to pick up nails, screws and glass from the parking area. Also a suggestion for house supplies is to have more toilet paper and some coffee in the house. Otherwise the location and house was great.
The people next door were loud and drinking. I texted Vacasa management and they responded that they would report it. I have no idea who they reported it to but the party continued until 3:00 am.
