When I checked in, the desk clerk said I had to pay $80.00 as some sort of security deposit and I was told it would be refunded when I checked out. As of the time of this message, I have not received this amount credited to my credit card. Please see that this gets done. Thank You.

We stayed two nights and the room was never cleaned or straighten up between days. The glasses weren’t even washed or exchanged. It was marked handicapp accessible Room 120 but not even a grab bar in the shower which was 4 inches above the floor. AC did not work properly and blew out a humid moldy mist. Ugh! Breakfast staff and breakfast were great!

The room had an odor to it,like cury food. The hot tub didn't work. The first day the pool area was closed< the others days it was open but had no heat or jets. I did make them aware of it but nothing happened. Every time we left and came back the AC was turned off and it was very hot there.

Questions about new renovations

It’s always a pleasure to stay at Springhill Suites. I know you have been renovating. I’ve had an interior design business in Manhattan for 50 years. Your bath mirror frame (Room 334) is too high. My head sat between the bottom and the mirror frame. Pretty light, but not good enough to really put on makeup. Too soft. The light switch in the bathroom started a very noisy and annoying fan. Not appreciated at 3:00am. My A/C was also very noisy. Why, in this day and age, AND after you renovated? Fire your designer… Otherwise, lovely stay.
