We had reservations a week in advance. We arrived at the Hotel at the same time as another couple. We were told on the phone what our rooms numbers were. The couple in front of us said they could not climb stairs. And the receptionist said to me ooops I just gave your rooms away. And that the only room available is on the 3 floor and the elevator is not working. I told her I had rooms for handicapped reserved, and my husband is handicapped he can’t walk 3 flights of stairs. We had made reservations a week in advance. She said that we would have to be refunded. I was very disappointed and upset that happened. We had just driven 5 hours and had to try and find a Hotel in the same area. So disappointed

I had a great stay here. The staff were super welcoming and went out of their way to help whenever I needed something. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location made it really easy to get around, and I actually looked forward to coming back to the hotel at the end of the day. Overall, it felt like good value for the price and I’d definitely stay again.

My stay at Country Inn was excellent. The breakfast was one of the highlights — fresh, tasty, and with plenty of choices from hot items to lighter options. Everything was well prepared and regularly refilled, which made mornings so convenient. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was outstanding. The rooms were spotless, the beds neatly made, and the bathrooms shining. Even the common areas like the lobby and dining space were well maintained and tidy. I love the people!!! A1 staff they were more than accommodating! These were the most hospitable, sweet, and welcoming people that I have ever met. My stay was the most enjoyable I’ve had in many years! I wish I can tell all my friends instead I’m telling you guys! If you’re looking to stay in the area this place out ranks the finer hotels such as Marriott. The rooms are clean and very spacious. The first thing I noticed was the smell of fresh linen that flooded the time when walking in. The staff even invited me to join in on a birthday celebration! Real affordable really nice really charming staff 1,000 stars is too few. Kudos to Asha and Varin and Sophia I love them!!

Great Staff and spacious room.

The Staff was amazing the service was great, We did had to move rooms. The 1st room key did not work. The 2nd room the toilet overflow, the tv only work sometime. The 3rd room was excellent. All problems were solved in minutes.

This could be a very nice place, however. Bathtub was unsafe, rounded bottom, worn out anti slip material, and slick. Breakfast, waffle batter was spoiled, limited supply’s , and attendant not keeping up with need. Pool not available, ice machine out of order, liquid on floor is elevator after dog walked through. Staff just put a towel over it. Honestly didn’t see the source of the liquid but did see the towel TV worked for local Chanel’s but not well on cable.
