A convenient hotel

This is the second stay at this hotel in two years. Last time we have had issues with the personnel who had limited English knowledge. This time was far better. Still, there are issues with cleanliness. I believe the hotel must do more for a better cleaning in the rooms. The breakfast is far better than last time. This kind of hotel is very good for non-Italian style of breakfast(usually other hotels offers sweets and sweets, if you know what i mean). Anyhow, there is a kind of shortage with supplies in the room. Always, we had to beg the cleaning ladies to fill in the napkin box with new napkins, to put the additional toilet paper, to add the missing shampoo and so on. And, if one stays more than one day is a very annoying.
