Ferienhaus

Diese Unterkunft war einfach nur spitze. Schöne ruhige Lage. Ausstattung war vollkommen ausreichend. Pool immer sauber (wird jeden Tag am Morgen gereinigt). Telefonempfang war ebenso sehr gut. Vermieter spricht ausschließlich italienisch, was als Deutschsprechender zwar schwierig erscheint aber nicht unmöglich ist. Man muss sich halt anpassen ;). Irgendwie geht alles. Der Tischkicker war einfach nur spitze. Einziges Problem waren die Matratzen. Es sind 2 Stück durchgelegen.

Wunderschönes Haus

Wir haben eine Woche in diesem schönen Haus verbracht und uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Es liegt sehr abgeschieden, dadurch war es sehr ruhig. Abends auf der Terrasse konnte man viele Tiergeräusche hören. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, die Zimmer schön eingerichtet. Im Sommer ist der Garten das Wichtigste und dieser war toll. Ausreichend großer Pool mit Blick in die Olivenbäume, Sonnenliegen und ein schön angelegter Garten mit Blumen. Einziger Nachteil war, dass es im Ort Polveraia keinen Bäcker oder eine kleine Bar gab.

Idyllisches Ferienhaus abseits des Trubels

Das Ferienhaus liegt ruhig und idyllisch total Abseits der üblichen Touristenpfade in einer hügeligen Olivenplantage. Weitere Häuser gibt es erst in Polveraia (kleiner Ort) ein paar km entfernt. Dort jedoch kein Restaurant und auch kein Laden. Dies alles in ca. 20-25 min. Fahrzeit zu erreichen. Netter Vermieter, der jedoch nur Italienisch versteht. Schönes Haus und Pool, jedoch mit der im Süden üblichen, nicht immer zuverlässigen Strom und Wasserversorgung. Empfehlenswert für alle Ruhesuchenden

Schöne erholsame Tage

Wir waren vergangene Woche dort. Es war sehr schön, vor allem die Aussicht. Keine Nachbarn in Sichtweite. Der Pool wird täglich früh morgens gereinigt. Achtung: holprige und zum Teil steile Fahrt zur Unterkunft-keine tiefergelegten Autos! Die Kinder hatten sehr viel Spaß auf der Jagd nach Eidechsen. Für uns kam Scansano als Einkaufsmöglichkeit nicht in Frage, so dass wir stets nach Grossetto fahren mussten (ca. 25 km). Personen, die gerne und oft Einkaufen gehen, sollte das bewusst sein.

Perfekt !

Wunderschön gelegenes Ferienhaus mit allem, was man für einen entspannten Sommerurlaub braucht. Sehr ruhig inmitten von Olivenhainen und vielfältiger Natur! Trotz geringer Italienischkenntnisse (unsererseits) und Coronaeinschränkungen: sehr freundlicher Empfang und absolut reibungsloser Ablauf. Die Furt unten im Tal ist problemlos passierbar gewesen.

Wunderschön !!

Sehr gute Unterkunft. Sauber und Ordentlich. Der Pool wird täglich gereinigt. Im Haus befindet sich alles was man für einen angenehmen Urlaub benötigt. Küche mit Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine sogar ein Tischkicker steht auf der Terrasse. Wir waren bereits das zweite mal da und werden das wieder tun.

Idylle pur

Wunderbare Unterkunft, perfekter Pool, der jeden Tag gesäubert wurde, alles vorhanden, der Grill, die Waschmasche, Fliegengitter an den Fenstern, ..kann man nur empfehlen und man wohnt in einem Naturparadies. Etwas abendteuerliche Anfahrt und einige km zum nächsten Einkaufen. Italienische Sprachkenntnisse wären von Vorteil. Toller Urlaub !!!

Super gepflegt! Absolut ruhig! Ein Traum!Der Vermieter kommt täglich um ca 7.00 um den Pool zu pflegen und zu gießen. Reisetipps: Saturnia ca 50 km ...für etwas schlechteres Wetter oder auch bei Regen seeeehr zu empfehlen !!!
