Unfortunately this is a very poorly cleaned property. The pots were dirty, day bed unusable, bathroom filthy, kitchen filthy with food splatted up walls and floors clearly not cleaned, general living spaces dirty, very dusty, sticky bed side tables, window frames etc filthy, coffee spills down bedroom furniture the list is endless. I did complain on the day of our arrival itâs taken 2 weeks and 3 days to deal with our complaint and I have been offered 20% off my next stay so to be compensated I have to book again. An absolute joke. The only good thing about the property is the location. Upon arrival you are taken round the back of the property which isnât as pretty, looks abit run down and scruffy so was a little shock as the back isnât advertised in the listing. It is well equipped with everything you may need however you will have to wash all pots before using them. Originally I thought the hosts were easy to communicate with as they do reply very quickly but come to complaints they take the time. They did offer to come in and clean during our stay but given the state of the property I didnât feel the cleanliness required would have been achieved.
