We got a room in the second floor but the AC wasn’t working then they moved us to the 5th floor but the carpets weren’t clean we have a little toddler, so that, it doesn’t have a pool, food is okay, is just okay I wouldn’t stay there again.

Okay stay

I completed a second stay with only 5 days in between. The air conditioner was slightly off the wall and had to be pushed inwards to turn on. I called the front desk for assistance and he offered to come check it. After an hour, I requested another room since it was getting warm in the room and would not be able to sleep comfortably. We were given another room within 15 min. We checked out less than 12hrs to continue our trip home.

Overall, it was not bad. One comment is for breakfast. Breakfast was not served well. Although it was 6:30am, some foods were already out, and some of them were stocked up very slowly, and some of them were never stocked up.
