Not happy

The place is really nice. But after we checked in and went to our room 426 yesterday till today the room was never cleaned or anything. I called the front desk and they came right away and were very apologetic. One of the staff gave us a mothers day brunch brochure and said it was complimentary since what happen. This morning when we checked out and asked about it she said no that is just advertising it. I told her again the reason why. We weren't happy about it because we thought it was a nice gester since our room wasn't cleaned. Other than these issues we really enjoyed your hotel. Jane Brooker 5/10/25- 5/11/25.

Good location but ok front desk service

Very convenient hotel to University of Scranton. Parking is easy in garage across the street. Rooms are a very good size and in ok condition (some wear and tear was in bathroom - eg missing paint and towel rack broken). The woman at front desk was very rude which is surprising as have stayed here many times and service is usually very friendly.

We were given Two large towels for 2 adults and a jacuzzi tub. Room Heater was very noisy and the toilet bowl ran running water continuously. The jacuzzi jets were not pumping out water with force and the jacuzzi would not shut off. I did not expect any of these issues when staying at a Hilton Hotel.
