The worst hotel we’ve ever stayed at. Staff called us that our room will be given away if we don’t pay by a credit card before we get there even though our reservation booking said we can pay upon arrival. The sheets looked filthy and had cigarette burns. The bottom of the tub had a long crack and was also filthy with hair and leftover soap. The walls were scuffed. The lock on the door seemed insecure, and the outlets appeared damaged and unsafe. We brought our own bedding and sleeping bags from our car because we were afraid of the germs on the beds. Outside we heard loud music and loud arguments most of the night. If we had not been exhausted from a long day of driving, we would have left and found a different hotel. In the morning we complained to the morning manager and she said she would refund our stay within a couple weeks, but that never happened.
Filthy bedding.
The outlets looked like fire hazards.
Cigarette burns in bedding.
Chain was positioned to fall out.

Unsafe, shady looking individuals outside rooms. Appears they use this hotel to house street folks, have nothing againat social services just be prepared that you may encounter this. Just old and nasty rooms, found roach in the bed.

Yes, cheap room rate but you get what you pay for. Unfriendly staff. Shady people hanging out in the lobby. Room wasn’t clean. No cord to room telephone. Loud people hanging out in the parking lot. Definitely won’t be staying again.

We checked in with my family around 9pm on December 15th. Right away, there was a problem—they gave us a smoking room. We had to get it changed. Then, around midnight, the knocking started. There were people outside our door, pretending to be front desk staff. It was unsettling and felt genuinely dangerous. We had to threaten to call the police just to get them to leave. Do not stay here. It isn’t safe.

Booked a room for 3 people. The room only had 2 sets of thread bare towels in bathroom. The wash clothes, which were white, were dirty/stained, and should never have been put out for hotel guests. At 6pm the night we checked in, I asked for another set of towels for the 3rd person, front desk was unable to give us a 3rd set of towels. Bathroom sink/ faucet area looked like it had not been cleaned. The breakfast that was included, was not much of a breakfast. There was no cereal in the cereal containers. And there was only 1 thermal coffee dispenser of coffee. Though we were booked for 3 nights, we checked out that morning.

At 7:15 in the morning there was no breakfast left. Serving trays were empty. Cereal Bins were empty. Coffee was empty. There were only 5 guests in the area so it wasn't that they ran out quickly. King size room has no desk. A desk chair but no desk.
