The hotel room felt neglected, there were burn holes on the sheets, the dresser was falling apart, no TV remote, some suspicious res residue on the walls, there was a hole in the bathroom wall and the lamp was not working. I understand what and where this hotel is located and used for but for the price I paid I would’ve appreciated it be more taken care of.

1st room: 2 queen - non smoking room: stank of smoke, cigarette burns throughout the bedding, pee and black mold all over the bathroom, not clean at all The staff was very apologetic and moved us to a new room 2nd room: 1 king - non smoking room: didn't smell like smoke as bad, not clean, bedding was stained, no bath towels, hand towels were heavily brown stained

0/10, would NEVER recommend. We arrived for a late check in and finding the front office was a bit difficult, signage was basically non-existent. We were then provided a room number and get to the room only to find someone else in the room, drugs out on display, and the most awful smell - imagine Marijuana and urine masked by the most god-awful scent of febreeze. We immediately go back to the front and the owner/manager was VERY apologetic and more than willing to fix the issue. He moved us to a suite. We get in there only to find the the ceramic peeled off of half the tub, human hair in too many spots on the floor, no towels, and again, the god-awful smell. We barely dropped our suitcase before we were back out the door. We returned our key and promptly checked out. Room was non-refundable and I didnt even wait for the manager to try to fix it. We left as quickly as we could.

Laundry room was in a small room and washer didn't work. Front Desk was not friendly or helpful. Key stopped work 2 different days. Place was dirty with trash everywhere outside.
