The Chasa Diala, a beautiful Engadine house on the sunny slope of Scuol in an unobstructed panoramic location, offers generous space for 9 - 12 people.

The 3-room garden flat "Sirena" with terrace and sunbathing lawn and the 4 1/2-room flat "Ena" with granite terrace, large sunny balcony and balcony barbecue (over 180 square metres of living space) can be booked together as a Chasa Diala combination.

Chasa Diala is rated 5 stars by Switzerland Tourism. There are a total of 5 large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, two living/dining rooms and two large kitchens. Chasa Diala is ideal for groups and large families. It is so spacious that you can easily retreat. Relax in a cosy leather armchair by the open fire with a panoramic view of the Engadin mountains. The two large, bright living rooms are furnished with light, elegant armchairs. In the Ena flat, the dining area is furnished with a white lacquered table and Swarowski lamp. The Sirena rooms have a spacious living room with a sofa, armchairs and a large table for games and cosy get-togethers. Of course there are two televisions with Blueray/DVD and super-fast Internet via free WLAN. Flat "Ena" has a very large new kitchen with black granite worktops. In the kitchen you will be greeted by an original Engadine sgraffito painting - a wall decoration that is rarely found inside Engadine houses. Let yourself be inspired, whether you are preparing a Grisons barley soup or an entrecote. If you like cooking, you will find everything your heart desires: Nespresso machine, coffee machine, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, food processor, kettle, fondue and raclette set and, of course, a good selection of cooking utensils, glasses and crockery. All rooms are decorated with original paintings. Guests also have two large Davos sledges at their disposal. The double bedrooms are brightly furnished, two of them with extra beds. Wardrobes, bedside lamps and chairs are a matter of course. Hairdryer is available. The large entrance hall has wardrobes and a shoe cupboard. The "Sirena" rooms have their own bathroom/shower with luxurious fittings (glass washbasin, towel dryer).

Additional: storage room / ski room. Two garage boxes and 2 parking spaces. Bed linen, towels and final cleaning are included in the price. Taxes / charges are added (from then on, public transport in the main valley and the mountain railway in summer are included). Shared use of washing machine and tumble dryer for a small fee. The flat is ideally located, only 7 minutes walk almost flat to the valley station of the Motta Naluns mountain railway and to the railway station. Approx. 10 minutes to the Bogn Engadina (Engadine baths).

Other sports and leisure facilities: Two large Davos sledges are available to guests of Chasa Diala free of charge.

Excursions: The Swiss National Park is in the immediate vicinity. Varied hikes for all age groups. The duty-free area of Samnaun and Livigno are always worth a visit. The UNESCO World Heritage Site St.Johann Monastery in Val Müstair and Tarasp Castle. Davos, St.Moritz, Landeck and Merano also invite you to enjoy wonderful day trips. The cultural programme in the border triangle is also very extensive.

Other kitchen equipment (kitchen 1): Black granite top (Nero Assoluto), pull-out cupboard for provisions, raclette set and fondue set for 6 - 8 people, 3 frying pans, 3 saucepans, salad crisper, kettle, food processor, serving platter, gratin dish, salad bowls, tossing tray, cake tin, filter coffee machine and Nespresso machine, water, champagne, beer and wine glasses. Tablecloth and placemat, serviettes, salt and pepper, vinegar and oil.

Village description: Main village in the Lower Engadine. 1,250 metres above sea level. Bogn Engiadina Scuol - with mineral water from the famous springs - and access to the Motta Naluns hiking and winter sports area (1,250 m to 2,800 m above sea level). Between the two well-preserved old parts of the village, Scuol Sura and Scuol Sot (Ober- and Unterscuol), lies the main shopping street Stradun with 40 shops. Carbonated mineral water flows from various fountains in the village. Scuol is a bastion of Romansh language culture. Romansh business names on company signs are required by law, such as "Cuafför" and "Restorant".
