A very well equipped home: multiple types of coffee makers, crockpot, tons of glassware and dishes, even a couple sizes of wetsuits! Was surprised there were no beach chairs thoughâthose would have been very nice to have. All the beds were very comfortable and the towels and linens were plentiful. The Sea Ranch community is beautiful and serene. Gorgeous coastal landscape with so much wildlife and the walking/hiking trails are everywhere. Easy access to the beach but if youâre going for a âbeach dayâ youâll need to drive if you have gear to carry. As a matter of fact, this was a very car-centric trip. Lots of driving to get to the community pool, get into the nearest town for groceries, etc. If you have room, try to get groceries in Santa Rosa, Petaluma (depending on where youâre coming from) because prices are understandably sky high in Gualala and if you can stock up before you arrive then less driving back and forth into town. The community pool/tennis courts were great! Never too crowded and the multiple saunas were a real treat.
