Nicely laid out house, with master bedroom and bath on one side, and living room and kitchen up a half a level. Two bedrooms downstairs which we did not use because it was just the two of us. The downstairs was much colder, as it does not get as much sun. My wife and I agreed that the master bed was the most comfortable of all the houses that we have stayed at in Sea Ranch.
The kitchen is small but functional, well stocked with lots of pots and pans for cooking (we brought our favorite non-stick pan but we needn't have). The dining area table seats six in its compact form, but has internal leaves that we did not use. Not sure if there are more chairs, however.
The location is good, about a 10 minute walk to Shell Beach, and 5 minutes from the bluff trail.
One thing that we were a bit disappointed about was the listing stated that there was EV charging capability. There was no EVSE, but I brought my own to plug into a 240V outlet if there was not one on site. Unfortunately, the 240 outlet did not provide the connectivity to allow my EV (Ford Mustang Mach e) to charge. However, there is an active level 2 charging station at the Sea Ranch Lodge, with plans to add a few more in the coming months.
