This was our second time staying at this home. We loved the location and the home decor. The house was super clean. Our entire crew (pup, too) loved the proximity to the beach, downtown and the ability to hang out in the backyard.

Great location and a very kid friendly home. House was nice and beds were comfy. If we come back to Seaside we will absolutely stay here. Kitchen has everything you’d need to make very large meals. Overall excellent property.

upon arrival: 1. dryer full of towels. None put away.2. Kitchen completely out of paper towels (not sure if that's our responsibility or not).3. Dining table chairs - cushions were all COVERED in crumbs and sand. Clearly no one bothered to clean those.4. Window crank in upstairs bathroom has been snapped off, and was just sitting on the window sill. unable to open window.5. Every singled umbrella in the front hall was completely broken. Probably should replace those, if providing umbrellas is desired.Day 2: ANTS! Huge swarm of ants all along the wall in the downstairs bedroom. We had to go to the hardware store and buy some ant poison... it worked, for the most part. (see photo for a small portion of the ant colony.
The smalls pools of liquid are the ant poison we had to administer.

Little Gray Dove Cottage (its actual name) is superb. Well equipped, spacious and beautifully decorated and walking distance to the beach and about a mile from Broadway shops. We loved it and would happily recommend it.

Very nice stay... but ants

The home is in a great location, a short walk to the beach. The house is new and clean. Aside form a few inconveniences (towels still in the dryer, dishes clean, but in the dishwasher), we had a great stay.However, there were ants in the kitchen. We moved our donuts into the fridge, and it worked out fine.

Great family getaway

Perfect spot for our post-Christmas holiday with 2 young adult children and dog. House was spotless, beds extremely comfortable, easy to relax at home or explore the area. Both dog and her humans very pleased with the long walks on the beach through the dunes! Would stay again!

Beautiful, comfortable home

This property is very nice inside and out. The landscaping is beautiful and the yard is very private. It's nice to have the rocking chairs on the front porch and the firepit table in the side yard as well as the natural gas grill. The colors, furnishings and decor are lovely but also very comfortable. The linens are excellent quality and there were plenty of them. We enjoyed our stay very much and definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for an exceptionally nice place to stay. It is also very close to north end of the promenade and the beach. Perfect location!

Great visit

We really enjoyed the location of this property. Just off of the promenade in Seaside, it’s an easy walk to the cute little town or out to the oceanfront. The home itself was comfortable, clean, and well-appointed. We’d stay there again in a heartbeat!

Great House, Great Location

The house is tastefully decorated, comfortable, and has all the modern conveniences. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and is located just a few houses down from the beach and not far from downtown. We would definitely stay here again.

All the women with me raved about the property. The one suggestion they had was that it would be nice if there were more footstools to put your feet up on. There were 4 of us women staying there and only one footstool. Other than that the place was perfect

A very nice place, very close to the beach!

We had a wonderful time at the beach. Only had a couple of issues. The door code to get in was very confusing but called the number and was helped right away. The fireplace remote was not where they had listed in the information. We finally found it but the batteries were dead. Thankfully being the end of Aug it was ok. We will stay there again, it was very nice!

Great place and a great location.

The house was wonderful. Great location and beautiful home. We loved our experience. It was amazing that we were able to enjoy it with our working dogs as well. The house was very dog friendly and super clean. The only downfall was that we learned that one of the plants in the backyard is dangerous to dogs. Unfortunately one of our dogs got a bit sick from the plant. We learned that the hard way. We would have loved to book it again for next year, but the price nearly doubled for the same time next year. We’d love to stay again! Well worth the price we paid.
