We had a terrible experience with the property manager at this house. On surface level, the house was clean. In fact, it reeked of Lysol when we walked in. However, none of the amenities worked or were as advertised. No gas tank in the grill (which we had planned to use) and a ripped grill cover. Broken igniter on the fire pit. The putting green was completely grown over with weeds and not maintained, which was a huge disappointment to my son and the main reason we booked the house. There were even weeds growing out of the holes. Fridge water filter was expired. They were using a sharp dental tool to keep the outdoor furniture bin closed, which is gross and dangerous. Worst of all, there was ZERO bedding in the office/third bedroom for the futon. Only a stained dirty flat pillow. I had to make a special trip to target to buy all new bedding so my child could have a place to sleep. For 6 days, I tried contacting the host through the app, via text, via phone call, and even called the escalation line with the property management company. I sent photos through several different channels. I was told repeatedly they were escalating my call and someone would get back to me. Nobody ever did. So basically they were just trying to push me off. I finally reached out to VRBO. They also never heard back from the property manager. VRBO finally reimbursed me for the bedding and cleaning/maintenance fees, which accounted for about 30-40% of the cost for a two day stay. Do not recommend.
