Nice area, but your rooms, the walls are to thin and the floor need more padding between rooms. You can hear every footstep people upstairs above our room would take. The neighbor beside us, you can hear their conversation very clearly as if they were in the same room. If these problems would be fixed, your place would be an excellent stay. Thank you

Will not stay again!

Main doors would stick and not open. Very run down property. Peeling wallpaper and paint in room. Broken tiles on bathroom floor cut my daughter’s toe. Could not use our balcony most of the time due to weed smoke coming in our room from other rooms,I have an 8 yr old and 2 month old! Pool is disgusting!!!!

It’s an ok motel located in a great location. It needs updating. A lot of rusty metal (like heater vent etc), dirty looking carpet, dirty glass deck railing, broken towel bars, dirty and old stove. Not enough people checking people in at check in time. Waited in line for over 30 min while manager was in back room and a solo desk agent handled an entire line. There is no AC or ceiling fan. To top it off, my teenagers wouldn’t even swim in the pool because it was so murky and not clean looking or clear. They said the hot tub felt dirty too. But it is the area where all the action is and walking distance to everything there is to do in Seaside. Probably won’t stay again.

Not bad but room for improvements

We had an oceanfront room which was spacious and had a great view. The kitchen was nice, though missing some essential items.There were no baking pans, however when I inquired about it the front desk was able to find something only for me to realize that are no oven mitts.The stove was a hard to use because there are no decals on any of the knobs so it was a guessing game to use it.I do feel that there could be some more items added to the kitchen for basic cooking: mixing bowl, colander, measuing cups/spoons, scissors, to name a few. Unlucky for us, we ended up with some neighbors one night that had VERY loud s$x for over an hour.I advised the front desk as I had 2 young girls that were a bit uncomfortable. The staff did say that the guests were called but didn't answer and that was all that was done.This is not the hotels fault but I did think someone on staff would go up to the room with a noise complaint but I was advised it was reported to mangement. The most challenging part of our stay was housekeeping.We were at the hotel for 4 nights and not once did we get a room refresh.We ran out of TP in the middle of the night and I had to steal the tp off a maids cart.Ha to request towels twice, as well as new sheets.The sheets were left in our room and we had to make the bed.Garbage was full, and we had a pile of towels and sheets that were never picked up. I asked the front desk for service on day 3 and still no service. As a mom on vacation, that was a big deal to me.

The beds are very uncomfortable. Watching the cable TV was almost impossible. The channels would cut out constantly, we ended up watching TV on our phones.
