This compact "mother-in-law" home in a quiet Roosevelt neighborhood was ideal for our visit with family who are living in nearby Maple Leaf. Some features were lacking; for instance, kitchenette light was very sparse--none over the sink, no under-cabinet lighting to illumiinate the counters. NO manuals for any of the appliances was a big drawback; never did figure out how to turn on the stove Keep Warm feature or get the washing machine cycle we desired. Throw rugs were a trip hazard, and the curled corner of the main area rug meant that others had found this to be a problem, too. No step-stool meant that some shelves were out of reach. When we asked about kitchen linens (dish cloths and towels) the response was immediate, which was much appreciated! Parking was difficult--no room to turn around, so one had to back out of the long narrow driveway. Walking distance to dining and shopping--a plus!
