It was a place to sleep and a shower. It had steep stairs and a lot of them. Parking was on street only and very hard to get! Owner needed my make and license plate number; but I don’t know why since parking was on street! Smoke alarm went off the first morning at 7:00am for no reason! One of the side bed tables was broken. The bed was good and the place was clean.

Nice location in Ballard

Location was nice despite being across the street from a high school. Parking can be a little bit of a challenge if you need to load/unload due to the busy neighborhood. But, you can usually find a spot within two blocks. Room and shared space was clean and easy to access, would recommend for multiple day stays.

Get ready to hear everything your neighbor is doing

The walls and doors are so thin, we could hear the people in the next room just talking at normal volumes. If anyone was in the hallway or stairwell it rounded like they were in our room. The bed was stiff and uncomfortable. The premises were clean and we had no trouble with parking. It’s walking distance to Un Bien and a couple of other great restaurants, which was nice, but I wouldn’t stay here again.
